Wife currently in UK as a Paramedic with NHIS Trust. Hubby and daughter in Nigeria planning to join her soon. Visa application process about to commence. WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS I SHOULD BE GATHERING NOW for a smooth application process. I still am not sure how much I will pay for myself and my daughter. Are we to pay for IHS ?. During my wife's application she didn't pay I remember but can't say of us as dependants |

Please what is the current cost of applying for Visa. My wife is already in the UK and working as a Paramedic. I and my daughter hope to join her soon but I don't really know the recent cost now. That gov.uk is confusing with too many information. I heard that some certain medical jobs cost less to apply for their family to come in. Is this true. Thanks in anticipation hearing from experience minds |

Good morning great minds. My wife just grot her COS from London Abulance service as a paramedic to resume duty Jan 2024. I have a baby who will be 6months by December. What do you advise 1, Everybody goes by all means( Fund is huge) 2, She go alone with the funds available for now and after 1-3 months she send invite for us to join her by then she must have settled down a little. Secondly how's life for a single mum overthere pending when we join her. 1 Like 1 Share |

Hello great minds, I have a wife and a kid. My wife is a qualified EMT and she already got a COS to resume with London Abulance service. We would be relocating soon if all things works well by next year. But my worries have always been how is the market over there in the web designing industry. Am looking at working remotely though because that's what I have been used to over here in Nigeria. Who here have been in my shoes and how did you pull through. |

Thanks.... Quite some thoughts here. Let me also add that am in website designing and currently working from home. How easy is it over there getting clients remotely. Majority of my clients here in Niger are through referrals. Are you into tech in the UK? I would appreciate your thoughts on this. Am very grateful to you guys 3 Likes |
