Earlier this week, it was gathered that Nollywood actor, Damola Olatunji has acquired Primestone hotel for a whooping N60million naira. This development went viral and a lot of fans congratulated him over the new acquisition.

In respect of this, we spoke with sources close to the owner of the giant hotel and it was revealed that Damola Olatunji hasn’t acquired the hotel and it was also revealed that the owner is angry at the handsome actor and might take a legal action against him.

It would be recalled that The actor came out to reveal to the public that he has bought the hotel and it would be launched next month and when asked why he decided to venture into hospitality business, he said, ”Naturally, I am a hospitable person and I love to make people around me comfortable and also, due to the nature of my career, i have been to hotels, therefore, going into hospitality business for me is like, doing what is part of me and what gives me joy”. However, Yesterday, maybe due to the anger of the owner, the actor came out to deny owning the hotel, hereby making him lose credibility and exposing his fake life.

Car Talk / Re: What Is The Flaw Of BMW? by ikubch(m): 11:05am On Apr 11, 2016
ItuExchange:
Very good question. I've owned a whole host of BMWs over the last couple of years but honesty I dont know the answer to the question... yet. But I would like to explore the idea of Daniel Haffner, to see if they have really strayed from their original mission statement of being the "ultimate driving machine".

In order for BMW to develop the ultimate driving machines, they need money. To get money, they can either borrow money or they can sell more of their own product to make money. To sell more product, they can either sell more "ultimate driving machines" or they can diversify to sell more cars to more people that will lead them making more money. This is thus a way to fund their goals. I dont think this is a flaw but then this is looking at BMW the company more than BMW the car. As they are making good money and are expanding their operations globally, lets assume there are no major flaws with BMW the company

So out of the above we identified that BMW make cars to sell to:

BMW M cars are still the best and most involving road cars in the world according to road test publications from around the world. It is very rare that you come across an article where the say a M BMW is boring, slow, and not involving (assuming those are the criteria for the ultimate car). BMW have introduced turbo charging to the new F series BMW's which was frowned upon but the new cars are so much faster than the outgoing E series that these criticisms was quickly forgotten.

The Normal People cars e.g. 318's, 116's etc are selling like hot cakes. People are buying them and loving them. BMW ingrained enough BMW DNA in their people cars to keep a tight brand following and have a strong base of return customers. They are listening to the demand of these people and by growing this sector, in some cases they are losing the essence of BMW by introducing for example FWD or xDrive cars. This is however in response to a demand from customers and not due to a change in mission statement.

The BMW i Range is also doing pretty well with the i8 getting excellent reviews. The marque is still very young so its early to judge where they are heading. Maybe we must update this section in a couple of years from now.

So we've explored BMW the company and BMW cars and havent yet stumbled on any major flaws. Where else can we then look?

How about the BMW image? What do you think of someone when you see them driving a BMW? Arrogant, rude, obnoxious, unfriendly, selfish or like Top Gear would say "cock" (i believe this one has however been transferred to Audi). Is this however BMW's fault? Myabe, maybe not? People driving BMW's are seen as these last mentioned terms because in the early days BMW were mostly driven by rich people. People who in general society could be seen as arrogant. As the BMW Business mill started to turn and the cheaper BMW's started rolling out, this BMW image was transferred to owners of cheaper BMW's and these owners, typically rising middle class, embraced the BMW status to its full extend. As the number of BMWs on the road increased, as did the number of arrogant rude BMW drivers, all of them embracing the the laurels of owning the ultimate driving machine and all of them trying to out do the other. Debadged 316 drivers pretending to drive a M3's, hogging fast lanes, riding the bumper of the car infront of them, not using indicators etc. This is how the "bad" BMW image came about.

The last bit of the answer relating to the perception of the BMW image is my subjective view and probably the biggest flaw with BMW in my humble opinion. If the question can maybe be refined to indicate if we are talking about the BMW brand\image\cars, we can explore the specific topic in more detail and who knows, we might get a different answer smiley

Pls someone with good knowledge about minolta photocopier should pls help a brother. My EP1052 photocopier (manual), is trapping paper inside, otherwise known as paper germ. My boy in the office use to do a kind of opening and touching the machine, when ever it behaves this way, and it will start working.
But few days ago he resigned on the ground that he wants to further his education. And so for two days now I have not been able to make a single photocopy.
The issue is that I am in a remote village where it would take up to 2hrs to bring this bulky machine to where I can service it, and my regular service engineer is out of town for now; called the guy, he was saying something like "the gear of the machine"
Pls while I wait for an expert. To check the machine, is their a way I can make the copier to work temporarily through Do-It-Yourself, as my boy has been doing it. Pls if you have any idea of where I can touch, pls help, so that I can offset already accumulated job. If you're a photocopier engineer we can still work together if you're in Rivers state. Thanks in advance
This shouldn't be a problem if you had backup copiers. You should have at least 3 all-in-one to enjoy the business.

Romance / Re: From Catholicism To Atheism by ikubch(m): 8:08pm On Apr 03, 2016
ValentineMary:

I can't fully recall when my doubt started, guess it was so many years ago. Though while a christian I used to argue with atheist on facebook and I used to pity them because I always thought they were all going to hell. Until I continued to know them more then I discovered that they were not really bad. So why did Christ say they would end in hell? This was the question that open the gates to freethought. As the years went by, I lost faith in religion though still a mariologist (those who study and have great devotion to the virgin Mary) and high ranked societal leader in d catholic church. I lost faith in religion due to the stories I read from the old testament about Moses killing, Abraham's will to kill, etc. I was like "Okay Jesus is God but maybe the jews got it wrong about Yahweh after all". I tried to separate the old testament from the new and tried to be a follower of Christ and not a christian in d traditional way.

This got me studying and asking qus but it seems nobody had d ans. The best thing they could say was "Just believe" which to me was not good enough. One major event I rememberd that made me more septic about faith and religion was one day I went to charismatic prayer meeting (which my leader cousin is a strict member and when u are in his place, you MUST go) and the instructor read the part when God to kill all the people and livestock. Then the instructor asked a strange qus "Is God bad" he said and d class chorused no. I was preplexed and like "Hell yeah he is wicked. A God that would order the killing of women and children is not worthy of my respect" Though I did not say it out, but that night I posted an article on it on facebook and I was amazed at d number of Nigerians who are skeptic about the bible and religion.

My journey with truth went on though silently, then I began to edit my Credo(I believe in God), ave Maria (hail Mary)and pater nostra (our father) because I did not believe in some of what they said then. Then I stoped confession and communion because I felt it was not necessary to ask a man in white robe for forgivness when he was not the one I offended. Believe me when I say that before I turned atheist, I was a traditional catholic to d core.

So life went on and I only believed in only Jesus, Mary and d saints. I felt that probably Yahweh was not God afterall. Until the story of Jesus failed in logic. If u follow my article the day before yesterday titled "The foolishness of Christ death" u would see how Jesus story failed in logic. And if it breaks down in logic then it is not worth believing. It was after so many years of study and question asking that I finally said "Damn it, I don't believe in any of these EVEN IF I WANTED TO. And I called myself an atheist".

My skepticism on voodoo started right from SS3. Then as well as now, I am fully convinced that voodoo (juju) don't work and they are only mind games. Even though my mother and aunts held vigil almost every night to "fight" these evil spirits, deep down I was convinced that it was a waste of time.

I am now convinced now more than ever that religion is bad and a liability to humanity

still on. Why?
Your availability will determine the type of investment you can do.
Go for landed property and make sure you buy in a developing area or newly opened land with the aid of a seasoned surveyor or technician. There are procedures, mind you!
You can get an acre (6plots) for one million in ota and from a surveyor. My dad is a surveyor. Bring either or both of your parents along if you are interested. You will thank me in 10 years from now.
