Either God approved or disapproved alcohol is not the key issue here... The truth is, what is the place of wisdom in alcohol consumption? It seldom interface with your sense of reasoning and judgement, sometimes stimulate you to do or act in such a that can hurt you or cause varying degrees bodily harm to others.

Alcohol from all indications doesn't go alone... It comes with bandwagon lifestyle, adulterous life, other illicit drugs and so on which are deadly combinations for our lives at different levels.
