i wonder where you pulled up this 30 years figure from, i guess from when Nigeria became 6 geopolitical zones. I could pull up mine from 1960. You conveniently forgot to factor in population, landmass and number of different tribes in each zone. It's like a family getting 1million complaining that the other flat that consists of three families are getting 1.5million. That's hypocrisy, ingratitude, jealousy and being inconsiderate combined.

This is subjective and not objective. You have federal agencies and departments but your opinion is that they are not of national consequence. By default and common sense the bulk of headquarters are in Abuja (North Central), no one complains about that. North West has the almighty Kano, Kaduna and Sokoto, but i am not sure they have any significant thing that is not in the SE also, except maybe defence which is expected given the number of elites and military rulers from there. North East is probably as dry as it gets in what you seem to consider juicy agencies. In the South West, asides Lagos, i struggle to recollect any enviable agency or headquarters. Naturally, the SS would have a lot of oil and gas and marine agencies. Not much to complain if you look objectively.
The real question you should be asking is what you have done with what you have/had. All the Zik and Ironsi rule, all the many Senate presidents and deputy SPs totalling decades, what and how have they benefitted you? The so called small number of governors, reps and senators. Where is their impact? It is not a crime to ask these questions in sincerity. If you are pained about 250 billion less in allocation, have you asked about what was done with over 5 trillion allocation received and considering the small size in square kilometers. It should be visible i think.
Not sure the SE is serious about generating revenue BTW. A region happy to sit out its productive Mondays should not really have qualms with revenue talk.

Presidential system of government in which the states are federating units. The President does not have supervisory powers over the federating units especially when not explicitly granted by the constitution. That's a basic tenet of the Presidential system.
