Actually, you are the one not reasoning here. Adeniyi has confessed to bribery to establish the agency. So at the very least, he should be arrested(which he claims has been done and he's currently on bail and the case in court) to verify his claims. If his claims are found true, THEN Gbajabiamila should be arrested. You don't arrest people based on words of accusation from others, especially not from words of established frauds. So if i say you stole money now, do you mean you should be arrested first? No, it should first be proven.
Investigation is ongoing and we should demand to know what is going on.

Investigation should not be seen as rubbish. There must be standards, not jungle justice. When there's a security breach, there should be appropriate procedures to contain it and lessons learned to avoid or minimise a repeat. Turning it to market noise or a campaign jingle reduces security architecture instead of strengthening it.

That's why investigation is ongoing; they should find out if it was a security breach or an insider attack or some corruption scheme. We should be looking for an open investigation with nothing swept under and stiff punishment. But it appears people are bent on politicizing it, which results in the usual: the government will defend itself and win.
Turning it to a scheme to show APC is bad, or Tinubu is corrupt, or Gbaja is a thief, or Akpabio must resign is an exercise in futility, a failed goal.

Like i stated, evidence is required, not just word of mouth. You've claimed Adeniyi is honest and correct by the word of his mouth. You've also taken the government as guilty by Adeniyi's word. Again, you've believed Adeniyi's life is under threat by his word. i have consistently asked that you allow the courts, investigation and evidence to prevail. But i am the arrogant one with irrational thinking. There's nothing left for me to say to you as you're beyond reasoning.
As for El Rufai, the DSS, ICPC and EFCC have detention centers or holding facilities, no jails. None of the agencies refer to them as jail. So, El Rufai is not in jail and Adeniyi is not honest. Honest people don't give bribes or dupe their nation. Like i also said, i don't think El Rufai is in detention. i am not following up on his case and have no interest. If my sources serve me right, both El Rufai and Adeniyi are on bail. You can either produce contrary evidence or wait for the courts and investigations to perhaps align with your own judgment.

As for El Rufai, he was never in jail. i want to assume again that you don't know the meaning of the vocabulary you're using. El Rufai was in EFCC, ICPC and DSS custody. Meaning, he was lawfully detained by them. He has not been convicted or sentenced to prison or jail. If i am correct, he's currently not detained but on bail.
As for Adeyemi, he himself said his case is already in court and that he's in hiding because his life is under threat. He can't be in jail except convicted. If whoever took him to court invites him or gets a remand order and need, maybe that will be done(some reports say he's on bail since arrest last year but i don't know). As for now, why not allow the law and time its due course, instead of your hasty conclusion?

I would have listed the modalities needed for an agency to open an account with the CBN. You just don’t go there and say open an account for me. You go to the accountant general office where they will do a lot of investigations before sending your request to CBN who will also go to the accountant general office to confirm the necessary investigation was done before the request was sent to them. Not all of us here are jobless. We know the inner workings of government cause we do business with them. When they say they had a CBN account and the agency doesn’t exist, we all laughed cause we know what you need to pass through before getting an account in CBN.

And we're all expected to believe him without evidence because he said so? If you do that, sorry i don't. i need evidence or investigation and so would the courts. Knowledge of inner workings will not suffice.

i was referring to evidence that his agency is legitimate and that his accusations are true. No one denied the budget, the contention is how and why he's in the budget. It's like someone who hacked your email showing emails he sent using your email as proof that he owns the email. Or someone who was discovered to have forged his way into your work place, showing payslip as proof that he's a legitimate worker. He should be showing how his letter of employment is authentic and legitimate.

Errr, because they are IN. When an uninvited guest gains access, then he can behave as those invited until discovered. This is commonsense. Once an incident is detected, certain steps are taken to respond to it. This response includes minimizing its impact and performing the root cause analysis of the incident. If i hacked your email for instance, you shouldn't be asking why i was able to send emails to your clients. You should be asking how you were hacked and trying to make sure it doesn't continue.
