To add to that, the apex mathematics competition for Pre-Uni kids is the International Mathematical Olympiad and not the whichever one these kids have attended, of course this takes nothing away from the excellent feat these kids have achieved.

For the main one, Nigeria or no Nigerian has ever won a gold medal, you’d have kids from China, Canada, US, Iran, Poland, Russia dominating.

BOMBSHELL: ADEYEMI DROPS FIVE REVELATIONS IN HIS INTERVIEW WITH VERYDARKMAN. I BROKE THEM ALL DOWN.

I watched the entire call carefully. Adeyemi came to clarify. What he actually did was confirm several things that change the shape of this investigation. Let me take you through them point by point.

THE BUDGET BOMBSHELL HE DROPPED WITHOUT REALISING IT

Adeyemi confirmed on camera that he was in police detention from October 27, 2025 to November 19, 2025. Twenty-three days.

He then said that during the budget preparation period, nobody from PFIPC went to defend the budget. Not him. Not anybody connected to him. He was in a cell.
Think about what this means.

Budget code 0111062001, the N1.3 billion PFIPC entry in the 2026 Appropriation Act, was inserted while Adeyemi was sitting in police detention. He could not have done it. Nobody acting on his instructions could have walked into the Budget Office and submitted a proposal on his behalf. The office had already been reallocated to another government official. His accounts were frozen. His operation was effectively shut down.

Someone else put that budget line in. Someone inside the government system. Someone with access to the budget-preparation infrastructure who was neither Adeyemi nor working for Adeyemi.

He just handed the investigation its most important forensic lead

THE GBAJABIAMILA LINK DOES NOT HOLD UP

VDM asked the right questions and got revealing answers.

Did you ever meet Gbajabiamila face-to-face? No. Did you speak to him directly on the phone? Through his late friend Tanimola. Three times. Was it a video call? No.
VDM then asked the critical question: how are you sure it was actually Gbaja? Because anyone could have collected that phone.
Adeyemi had no answer to that. He never spoke to Gbajabiamila directly. Every alleged interaction went through Tanimola. Every naira allegedly paid went through Tanimola. Tanimola is dead.

The entire financial allegation against the Chief of Staff rests on three phone calls, routed through a dead intermediary, that Adeyemi cannot verify were actually with Gbajabiamila. He cannot confirm who was on the other end of those calls. He has no recording. He has no message. He has nothing that places Gbajabiamila personally in that transaction.

That is not evidence of bribery. That is a story about a man who says he paid a friend who said he knew someone. The friend is dead.
THE N400 MILLION PASSION ANSWER

VDM asked the best question of the entire interview. If you paid N400 million to get into that office, how did you plan to recoup your investment?

Adeyemi said: passion for the country. He wanted to write his name in gold.

Nobody pays N400 million for passion. That answer is not credible, and anyone watching could see it.

The honest answer is sitting in the 2026 Appropriation Act. Budget code 0111062001. N1.3 billion in allocations, including N802 million in personnel costs and N182.5 million for the World Investment Summit he was personally convening. If the agency had been allowed to operate, the N400 million investment would have paid back many times over through the budget allocation he expected to control.

But saying that out loud would have confirmed he knew about the budget and planned to access it. So he said passion instead. The evasion is the actual answer.

THE DOCUMENT SUBMISSION QUESTION

Adeyemi has been on police bail since November 2025. He is due in court on July 27. It is now July 8. Eight months have passed. He is sitting on documents he says prove his allegations against the Chief of Staff.

In the VDM interview, he said he will submit those documents to the DSS or Police. VDM encouraged him to go to Abuja. Adeyemi said Why not? I will go.

Why has he not gone already? If those documents prove what he claims they prove, eight months is a very long time to sit on them while making allegations at press conferences. Submitting them to investigators is how you prove a case. Announcing them to social media influencers is how you manage a narrative.

The difference matters.

THE TANIMOLA CORRECTION

When VDM referred to Tanimola and asked when he was killed, Adeyemi immediately corrected him. He said no investigation has revealed that he was killed. He called it a fire accident in a hotel at Utako.

This is significant. Adeyemi is the person most motivated to push a murder narrative around Tanimola's death because it would support the idea that he is being hunted. He chose not to. He specifically corrected VDM and refused to call it a killing.

The dark conspiracy narrative around Tanimola that has been circulating online was not supported by the man at the centre of the story, even though he had every incentive to do so.

THE ASSASSINATION CLAIM

Adeyemi said he was attacked at Zuma Rock along Zuba Road on September 7, 2025, by gunmen. He said he attached a video to his press release.

This claim is serious if true. It is also unverified. The police have not confirmed an attack. No independent journalist has confirmed an attack. The video attached to his press release has not been independently authenticated. This needs to be investigated properly.

But it is also worth noting that a man who spent months meeting deputy speakers, EFCC chairmen, NERC officials and foreign ambassadors without any security incidents is now claiming gunmen attacked him two weeks before his arrest.

Many teaching hospitals in Nigeria are federal institutions attached to federal universities and were established by the Federal Government, not state governors. Several states upgraded specialist hospitals into teaching hospitals or established colleges of medicine at different times.

Peter Odili is credited with establishing the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital during his administration, alongside major health-sector reforms. George Akume began construction of the Benue State University Teaching Hospital during his tenure. All before Pit.
Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital was established by upgrading the existing Amaku General Hospital in Awka into a teaching hospital. The College of Medicine for the university was established in support.
Perhaps you want to call it a first in Anambra but it was actually an upgrade of the existing general hospital.

SENATE INVESTIGATES NORTH WEST DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION

The Senate Committee on Regional Development has raised eyebrows over spending at the North West Development Commission.

Lawmakers allege that nearly 79 percent of N1.19 billion spent by the commission, about N943 million, went to board allowances.

They also queried why NWDC is the only regional commission without executive directors and employees since it was inaugurated in February 2025.

The oversighting ministry, the board and managing Director explained to the committee some problems affecting operations.

Concrete are actually more durable than asphalt roads and have longer lifespan.

Problem is that those roads in Ebonyi could have been done with low grade materials. That’s the fear I have with the man turning almost all our roads to concrete. If the quality is bad, it’ll be a disaster just as those in Ebonyi.

Asphalt on the other hand provides smoother ride and can be easily repaired.
