Hey.... your profile will fetch you Canada PR if you dust IELTS. Because your HND will count as two or more certificates after evaluation. And you're still within the age bracket coupled with your work experience considering it is in an eligible NOC. This one will also quicken your marital transition which Europe will not offer in the short term because you can't tell how quick or when you can get residency in Europe. Ciao.
