Dexterax: Oga. Most of the fault here is yours honestly. You can't even go to the law for equity really. You transferred cash to somebody's personal account?

D'you still have the 'pink' copies of the bank tellers? Even if you do, anybody could claim that you transferred cash for some other mundane purpose and not for buying shares.

This whole matter would end up as a case of "it's your word against mine".
Yes i totally agree that its mine fault though i have all the evidences of the money sent into his account(the teller and the msgs),its just too stupid of me doing that but its just unfortunate that i got into that even though i knew it could result into things like that that was why i urgently sold all i had in that account and stopped sending money to him because i was never comfortable with such option of sending money into an employees's account. But b4 i started sending money into his account,i had to tell him that the money i was about sending is strictly meant for the purchase of stocks at a given price nothing more and he said no problem but while i was sending money to him i starting noticing some foulplay and i started retracing my step by stop sending money to him for investing.Well to cut it short,in 2009 you and i knew it was not as easy as today to open a cscs account and see ur trade getting executed unlike ease in the system now so that caused the grave mistake i made there if i had not been wise, that money would hv been so huge but thank God i act faster to minimise it to this level.Alright dexterax sir, thanks.

passwelle: I do not understand what you mean by the bolded. Pls clarify.
If I were in your shoes, I would take out names from my earlier post. The internet is an unforgiving place when it comes to identities. I can imagine how frustrated you may be, if things are as described by you. But remember, the individual whose identity you have disclosed here does not have a chance to tell their own side of the story. Said individual has managed your account before. Thus he may still have access to your profile details (name, DofB, address, phone no, photograph and banking info). Per adventure the individual is as vengeful as you, you may end up spending more energy and money to remedy the damage they may be capable of inflicting. That is what companies like this do http://www.reputation.com . As things stand you may also make yourself liable to a legal counter attack remember PUBLICATION + DEFAMATION + IDENTIFICATION = LIBEL
What d bolded mean is that there is more to tell you all frm this GRAVE MISTAKE i made between 2009-2012,but hv learnt my lesson.Initially to be putting money into a person's account has dire consequences, pls dont ever try it as i did, trade with d firm directly and no any other means pls.passwelle, elai thank you and all but you hvnt give a soln to this yet.Pls help me...

passwelle: @immanuello there are two sides to every story. You have presented yours.
My advice is two fold. First of all, modify your post above and remove names. We have no idea of your identity so no need to disclose any person's identity on here.
Secondly, if you have any form of correspondence/documentation that lends credence to your narrative above, you can take it up with your stockbroking firm. If that fails, you can try the NSE. And as a last resort, try the SFU or EFCC (the sums involved may however make this an exercise in futility).
Thanks passwelle for taking ur time to hv a say On this.i understand what u mean but ......

Is what u are saying is that a small money piffering cant be taking to sfu, effcc.so its only huge money case that can be sorted at itc or ist,sfu and efcc.Even though d money is so small, pls distinguished comrades in d house offer excellent solution or procedure.Any money is not forsaking for me,no matter hw small it may be.Biko mo help your bnsitl.

InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by immanuello(m):
Please advice me on what exactly to do on this fraudic-case-file.It happens that around 2009 i opened a brokering account thru d help of a great personality at nse office, omolabake house, challenge, ibadan. This wonderful distingushed gentleman opened a brokerage account for me in enterprise stockbrokers plc then though the firm has now changed its name to enterprise stockbrokers ltd and he told me to go to the office address of that brokerage firm, when i got there i met a person called MR TOSIN he happens to be the only one in that office and frm there i knew him to be my account officer. So anytime i want to buy then,i dont hv other any other means of sending money to him than to send d money into his account and he would go and withdraw and use d money to buy me whatever i might hv instructed him thru text msg. Moreover, that had been going on finely and sincerely MR TOSIN was a honest and kind hearted man but one day i went to enterprise stockbrokers plc's office at mobil,challenge/ring road along jogor centre lane,i got to discovered that the office was no more there again.Instantly,i called him,i told him why didnt he informed me,well he said then "i have been lay-offed" and so i then asked him to give me another person who works in enterprise so that i would be able to keep investing back so he then gave me an employee number i then called that one and introduced myself properly and i asked for assistance thru which i can be remitting money into his bank account and then he gave me after i made him understood my intention. But,i then discovered that each time i send money to this useless man he wouldnt use my money to buy as i had instructed,he would rather used d money to trade b4 returning it back and by d time he would buy it would hv been too pricey but he would buy like.So to cut it short, let me tell u this particular one that happened in april 2012,i told him to sell oando worth #80,000 in 2012 aside #40,000 he was owning me b4 though he has paid that one. Moreover each time i told him to sell 5000units of oando that he bought for me at #30 and which i told hmi to sell at #20 when i couldnt take d loss any longer,he kept giving me a brainless and suspecting excuses all the time but only for me to be following his foolish excuses. Now till this very moment he has just paid that #40,000 he owned me separately while that #80,000 hasnt been paid inspite of my patience for d past 2yrs now and yet he has now switching off his phone. So distinguished comrades what can you advice me to do to get my money back b4 i finnish this man clinically and other means......atleast hv been watching him play his drama on me.

nitrogen: Helping Dexterax ke? Abeg o, no one is sharing any info with another here o. Dexterax is my oga toh sure o!

On an aside, this premier abi na premium breweries, I think an announcement is about to be made soon o, I belive guys are buying the stock based on insider info so to speak, also, Mr Wapic will still fall, which will aid our entering (65k/70k things), Oando.....hmmmmm, we are waiting for the results sha, I hope there won't be surprises. Sterling bank fell down yakata, quite unfortunate, one stock that will never fall as such even if hell is let loose, is Nestle, foreign guys believe in the company like mahd.

One guy said the market gained a bit yesterday because of the ebola effect, he said that investors decided to go in because four people recovered from Ebola, 'na wash', that was my response. The fact is just this, 'market will still go down, so don't be deceived'.

BnSiTL, no matter what, we won't ever shake, we will just shift our attention a bit towards fixed income products, till all is good. Jah bless us!

I actually have some stocks (after some findings sha), that will move up 20% or more within the next three months, as time permits, we will talk about them.

God dey!
Bear bring an alternative and what is d alternative............(Humour/flirting)

InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by immanuello(m): 11:44am On Aug 20, 2014
Dragonking: First of all, the e-flirting around is necessary once in a while as most people do (for example, mercilicious flirts around with hispy on smn and no one sees it as a big deal) that doesnt stop them or anyone from being abreast and sharing stock market info etc. If you are observant you would have noticed that most of the flirting is mostly on weekends as the market is closed, thats part of the fun so try and loosen your belt alittle.

Really, if you actually believed that i was trying to hook up with one of your single sisters here, then it is really pathetic and i advise that you need to go for a check up for just two things, trust me and accept my pity.

Now, there is nothing that stops anyone from displaying any form of maturity even though it is a faceless forum. Have you ever thought of the implication myjoy08 might face for giving out such info on this forum if apprehended? Do you know the level of punishment one can face if caught? I believe you dont know.

Myjoy08 has risked coming out here to give valuable info (some correct and some not correct) and the only thing one can do is to chant and insult him? To me that is not only an insult but a high level display of immaturity by your so-called perfect being (nobody is perfect). Is that the appropriate thing to do? I can assure you that on other forums, the individual will be banned. Someone risked getting market info despite the implications and all you can do is to tongue-lash the individual. If you are really turned on by such behavior you really need to do a check up for real.

As for apologies, please for real grin grin.. no one and i mean no one needs bigass apologies, her apologies doesnt add food to the table neither does it increase the price of oando, however, when someone errs and one realizes his/her mistakes the best and matured thing to do is to apologize, even on smn they apologize but it is not necessary and I dont need it. cool
You are absolutely right.

myjoy08: Thank you my dear sister. the issue of Madam B should be surprising to anyone here except the new member. No one is paid to share a very classified information here on public forum but i know for sure such information will always benefit someone if not the sharer it itself. It is not meant for you to follow or act on, just to be aware. We just have to continue praying for Madam B, it is well with your soul and almighty God will comfort you and change you for the best! Just watch out, Oando is not a must buy; it is an optional investment on individual perspective.
Heh you have to leave miss bigass for her own thought pattern.Every piece of info is important here just like every member is as well.Anything said here needs to be semantically looked into,so every member is charged with d responsiblity of decrypting info very well.
Bigass take a yellowcard for that,my sister be grateful atleast once nah and do exercise patience, control your flight hormone.
Myjoy08,kudos for ur attitude.

cordj2: @okine4real
Buying nursery from IMO state and transporting it to Delta state is not a prudent idea, cus u have NIFOR @ ur backyard in Benin. NIFOR in Benin sells nursery for #70 cus it is subsidized by Federal Gov. Each agric ministry from all states gets their supply of nurseries from NIFOR. States sells @ #150 cus they pay those that tend the nurseries before farmers pick it up. NIFOR in Benin sells a manual on oil palm production for #500 and on page 12 they recommend 9 meter spacing.Don't let ur greed cause u to shoot urself on the feet. No oil palm will strive with ur type of spacing. Planting should be done with collaring / canning at the same time, this is done to wade off rodent from eating the young nursery. Canning/collaring can be done using tin or wire mesh.
I am so interested. How can i go with #300k at hand specially for this.
