I didn't mention any name.

2.
Body odour is not about having money or being poor.

So, what exactly is your point?

FamilyRe: My Friend's Wife Walks Out Of Their Marriage Just 2 Weeks After A ₦37m Wedding by immortalcrown(m):
Telling us why the marriage ended is more important than telling us the cost of the wedding. The cost of the wedding is never the reason the marriage ended.

Wedding reception quality does not determine marriage quality.

The poorest marriage can begin with the richest wedding reception, while the richest marriage can begin with the poorest wedding reception.

A poor marriage can begin with a poor wedding reception, and a rich marriage can as well begin with a rich wedding reception.

I keep using "Wedding reception", not just "wedding", because what is expensive is not wedding itself but the reception that follows the wedding.

Wedding reception is about public entertainment, not about the state of the marriage. Entertain the public well if you can afford to. But, don't use the entertainment to predict your marriage.
PoliticsRe: Atiku: Poverty Is The Greatest Enemy That Humanity Has Ever Known by immortalcrown(m): 5:59pm On Oct 18, 2025
Poverty is not the greatest enemy of mankind. Pride is the greatest enemy of mankind.

Without pride, a few people will not want to embezzle all the resources that are meant to be shared by all humans.

Without ride, someone will not say, "It is my turn to rule".

Without pride, the rich will share their wealth with the poor instead of using the wealth to intimidate the poor.

Obviously you didn't read the link. You want to hide something from a black man, put it in writing. Have a lovely weekend.
You are the one hiding something from yourself here. All the stories you sourced came from women. The link you posted for me is not even to the same source where you got the stories you posted. So, what exactly is your point?

If the link you posted for me contains similar stories from men, why not fetch the stories and bring them here the same way you fetched female versions of the stories and brought them here?
FamilyRe: Lovely Stories About Good Marriages by immortalcrown(m): 8:02am On Oct 18, 2025
pocohantas:
There is no contradiction, Sir.
Except English is not your first language.
In your first response, you ignored my question and requested that I tell my own story to make the narrative double-sided. You even went as far as providing a link to a thread about men's bitter experiences in marriage.

But in your second response, you started saying you think that the poster selected only stories told by females.

Evidently, your first response contradicts your second response, even if English is your first language.

Since there is a widespread notion of men being bad, I think it is common sense the OP carefully selected female posters or maybe the entire post was to appreciate lovely husbands. The main problem should be there exist humans who still have a problem with this.

Thank you too.
Your first response contradicts the impression you try to create in this your second response. But no wahala.

This is a thread of male storytellers.
Help us make it double-sided. Thank you.
Your request for me to make it double-sided is a proof that the experience is likely one-sided.

Your source has not been able to provide a male among the storytellers. It remains one-sided, at least, on the platform where you sourced the stories. Thank you.

The relationship was with an employee who is not on the executive board and the investigation began because it represented a conflict of interest, the BBC has learned.
What exactly does this mean?

Does it mean the relationship would have been condemned if the lady was on the executive board?
FamilyRe: Lovely Stories About Good Marriages by immortalcrown(m):
All the storytellers are females.

Is it one-sided? Is it all about men solving women's problems?

If you are sincere as well,
Consider living with your only surviving brethren who almost killed you even if it means he will eventually have his way- dying before your time(for burial sake)
compared with Living a new and peaceful life at a church or community group.
I don't mind living with 99.99% of my surviving relatives. So, I'm sincere.

If all your surviving relatives try to kill you, you must be the most unbearable human on earth.

Nope..
Considering the peace of kind and other meaningful aspect of life she's living.
Should she trade her "LIVING" for antonyms of peace (noise, conflict, irritation, quarrelsomeness, deceit, backbiting, etc) all because of the thought of not wanting her "DEAD-CARCASS to be eaten by Vultures?
Shouldn't be a priority to still keep unwanted relationships.

Mind you, where she is,
she is a also probably building relationships with community, church, women-clubs, etc..

Vulture is an extreme case.
If you are sincere here, consider replacing your family with a church or any other group.

I won't have quoted you in the first place if you initially gave other reasons.

and I only picked where you kind of butrressed it (mourning and labour) in your 2nd reply.

95% of folks always go for death & burial as their VERY FIRST response like you did, you ain't alone. I am just puzzled.
It's OK.

Let's assume death is the only reason, would you like your corpse to be left for vultures?
FamilyRe: Woman Goes Missing For Two Years After Lottery Win — Family Finally Tracks Her D by immortalcrown(m): 8:55am On Oct 16, 2025
chimex38:
There are so many good reasons to live with others.
Infact man is a social being.

I am more specific about the reason of death which is the only reason you mentioned:

"Why live for yourself alone when you can't bury yourself when you die?"

Edit:
OK. labour to mourn and bury you. Is that enough justifying reason to live with numerous people, esp if one chooses a simple burial, like our Muslim folks?
Burial is not the only reason given in my answer to your question. If you are sincere in the conversation, why do you ignore other things I mentioned?

When one dies, one doesn't know, so why care?
any explanation?
You should care because they laboured for you during your infancy, they will labour for you if you become bedridden and they will labour again to mourn your demise and bury you. Do you want them to only share in your pain and not near you when you enjoy?

Yankiss:
You didnt read the piece or listen to the audio. The deponent/ father of slain husband was pleading for the sake of her children. She has a daughter and a son. If she were hanged the children would be orphans. That's enough justification.
You are the one who didn't understand the comment you responded to.

Sometimes, what is presented to the public as the reason for an action is not the actual reason.

Two things:
1.
Why didn't the man publicly forgive his daughter-in-law before the presidential pardon? Is it after the presidential pardon that the man got grandchildren from the pardoned lady?

2.
There are many other women and men who are in prison because they killed their spouses. Those one should be granted the same pardon so that they can take care of their children, even if the families of the slain spouses do not publicly claim that they have forgiven the murderers.
PoliticsRe: Bilyaminu's Father, Ahmed Bello Isa Forgives Maryam Sanda, Backs Tinubu’s Pardon by immortalcrown(m):
Whether the forgiveness is good or bad depends on whether the forgiveness is genuine or financially-induced.

Two things:
1.
Why didn't the man forgive his daughter-in-law and plead for her release before the presidential pardon? Is it after the presidential pardon that the man got grandchildren from the pardoned lady? APC can do anything for damage control.

2.
There are many other women and men who are in prison because they killed their spouses. Those one should be granted the same pardon so that they can take care of their children, even if the families of the slain spouses do not publicly claim that they have forgiven the murderers.

So, what do you have against the comment? Or, you just can't make your comment without quoting another comment that neither agrees nor disagrees with your own comment?

If you are living in persistent fornication, be a normal church member.

You want me to pamper fornication with church workforce?
You want to change the topic because you cannot justify your post.😂

The topic is not about whether I am a fornicator or not. The topic is that you are telling fornicators not to work in the church but God himself has not told fornicators not to work in the church.
