Whether the forgiveness is good or bad depends on whether the forgiveness is genuine or financially-induced.

Two things:
1.
Why didn't the man forgive his daughter-in-law and plead for her release before the presidential pardon? Is it after the presidential pardon that the man got grandchildren from the pardoned lady? APC can do anything for damage control.

2.
There are many other women and men who are in prison because they killed their spouses. Those one should be granted the same pardon so that they can take care of their children, even if the families of the slain spouses do not publicly claim that they have forgiven the murderers.

If actually she committed the crime, the consequence hasn't changed but the innocent baby should be taken care of. Those who banished her should accept her again because of the baby.

Because the already existing banks there are living up to customers' expectations.

The topic is not about whether I am a fornicator or not. The topic is that you are telling fornicators not to work in the church but God himself has not told fornicators not to work in the church.

God is very merciful to sinners and He wants them saved; but same sinner should not do rush into church workforce until been saved.

A church worker may fall into fornication and repent; maybe due to pressure e.t.c, but fornicating regularly while being active as a church worker is a useless service before God.

The same way God does not force anyone to serve him is the same way God does not say that certain people should not serve him. So, why are you trying to set the boundaries that God himself did not set? Are you wiser or holier than God?

A dedication church worker may fall into fornication if not watchful. But fornication shouldn't be a regular thing for a dedicated church worker.
If a dedicated church worker falls into fornication, the person can repent and seek counsel from trusted Christians. But doing fornication regularly as a dedicated church worker is bad.

You are confusing yourself the more. The Bible does not mention which work is more important than others in the church. So, why are you trying to stipulate the works that fornicators should do in the church and the works that fornicators should not do in the church?

See, a Christian may even fall into fornication and repent. But let it be a "mistake" or an issue of not being careful. But a committed church worker regularly fornicating should leave church work. He or she may help on stuffs that are for church members in general.

You are yet to mention the Bible verse that supports this your opinion.

The question in your last paragraph is illogical here because I never said that fornication is good. My point is that the Bible does not say that sinners should not come to God or work in the church.

No occupation is better than the other in terms of finances. It all depends on the level at which you operate in any occupation or career you choose for yourself. If you choose to be an employee, try to grow so that you'll be promoted to the position where you begin to earn so much. You can also earn so well as a teacher by working in a school that has a good salary structure. If you choose business, try to grow in it so that you will make more profit.

How much money you make is not determined by what you do but by how you do what you do. A teacher that rises to the position of commissioner or minister earns more money than a trader that has been managing just one shop. A trader that is growing in his or her business makes more money than some people that work in banks. Some teachers make more money than some people that work in the military. It all depends on the level at which you operate in whichever career you choose.

Some musicians are richer than some footballers. Some footballers are richer than some musicians. Some traders are richer than some people that work in the Nigerian Custom or in the CBN. Many teachers are richer than some content creators. Some content creators are richer than many bank managers. Some pastors are richer than some native doctors. Some native doctors are richer than some pastors.

Financial strength is never determined by the type of job that someone does. A salary earner can be richer than someone who is self-employed. Someone that is self-employed can be richer than a salary earner. Many traders that own many shops are not as rich as some bank managers. Many traders with many shops are not as rich as top civil servants in the CBN.

I never said that fornication is good. But you are taking the topic out of context. God does not say that certain actions should make some people to be prohibited from working in the Church. This is why the Bible, instead of saying that certain people should not come to God or call God's name, simply says that not all who call the God's name or do miracle in God's name will enter heaven. You are going contrary to that scriptural statement when you say that it is wrong for fornicators to work in the church. Your logic is the same as the mentality of those who tried to condemn Jesus Christ for eating in the house of sinners. Are you wiser than God? Or, are you more correct than the Bible?

The church will look clean when cleaned, whether the cleaning was done by a righteous person or by a sinner. This is also why God does not withdraw his gift from a sinner. If you have the gift of healing, that gift will continue to be active in you even if you start fornicating. But that gift will not give your soul salvation when you are fornicating. So, fornication cannot stop the gift from working but can stop your salvation. This applies to every form of sin, not only fornication.

Living in sin can prevent salvation of the soul but does not prevent the sinner from working in the church.

Righteousness is about salvation of the soul. The Bible does not say anywhere that a sinner should not be allowed to work in the church. So, what exactly is your point?

"Fornicating" and "serving God faithfully" cannot be in one sentence unless you are not talking about the same person.

2.
Struggling with sin does not mean one should withdraw from serving God. While struggling to abstain from sin, don't hesitate to do your best in serving God. You can be fornicating because you are yet to be able to resist sexual urge. But it does not mean that you should not do whatever you can do to the glory of God.

3.
A fornicator that works in the church while admitting that fornication is a sin is actually trying to serve God faithfully. But a fornicator that works in the church and claims that fornication is not a sin is a hypocrite.

It is not strange. Women hardly get punished for their crimes. If a man that killed his wife gets this kind of pardon, women will stage a serious protest that may even go international.

It is different for men. The husband of Late Osinachi Nwachukwu can't get such a pardon.

Murder is bad but the law is gender-biased in treating murder cases.
