Hello VO, am a beneficiary of F2A visa category wit PD Oct 21 2014, all necessary documents has bin submitted since Jan 12 2016, we have a derivative (our 10month old daughter) her IV Fee has been paid but still showed Not Paid even after the normal 2 weeks, though d money was withdrawn from my hubby's account, we were told by NVC to send our complain to an email which we did. Here are the questions sir: could this be the reason my case hasn't been completed nd is there anyway we can get a refund then pay the money at the interview post in other to avoid another 42days of review. Hello mamas in d aus, pls advise on dis, i jst introduced dis Gerber lil bit food to my 9 mnth baby girl, d one with oatmeal nd apple flavor with complan milk, I noticed she prefers it to her normal Cerelac mixed with Nan, I jst noticed dat after 4 days of eating d Gerber lil bit food, her poo has been blackish nd she strains herself before pooing. Btw ystd nite nd dis morning she had poo close to 3times, still same blackish poo. Pls advise.

about the boils I experienced a similar thing too though I guess I got infected from being pricked by a needle I was using to burst my baby's aleefo (was advised by someone to do so but I guess it wasn't a wise advice after all so I stopped). I used ampiclox that should generally work for boils but in my case it didn't o. I just tried to boost my immune sys with multivitamins,vit c, vegetables n fruits. also reduce processed sugars or drinks.

if u take d ampiclox n it doesn't work give it sometime n retake again. by the time I worked on my immune sys for almost two months n took d drug again it all cleared.

u can also see ur doctor. boils generally means ur body is fighting some infection

One other question ma, do we have to go through the same lawyer handling my case in respect of my child's I-130 or we can jst go ahead nd do the filing on our own becos we might be charged again differently. If we had known about dis forum we wld av done d filling ourselves instead of payin so much to a lawyer dat we can hardly speak with. U offer much more dan wat paid for. It sounds like the best course of action is for your husband to file a separate I-130 for your child RIGHT NOW. That way, when he naturalizes, you'll become a CR1, and the child will become an IR2. If he doesn't file a petition for your child now, he'll have to do so later, and that will delay the child's immigration considerably.

If he is still a Legal Permanent Resident when you have your interview, your child can remain a derivative on your petition. But it sounds like he's going to naturalize before you come to see us.

Dear VO my hubby filed me 4 F2A visa category, my priority date is 21 Oct 2014, I gave birth April, my husband wil naturalized early next year d only confusing tin is dat do we need to change our filling to CR1 visa category so as to mke our case current but concernin my child will she also be added as derivative since we started with F2A visa category. Hello everyone on board, am 16weeks few days plus, I feel some pain at times after urinating, dis pain happens not frequently but I notice wenevr av laid down for a long time, it happens, d pain is such that I wld av to stop moving or stop watevr am doing, it comes like a stretch and after some time it goes away, pls mamas in the house I wanna knw if anyone is experiencing this. May we all carry our babies to Full Term by the special grace of God.
