I have intel of a roofer and plumbing guy who posted their newly registered business names on a forum, I checked it out and discovered that both have not registered a domain.

Would it be considered illegal to register such names and offer it for sale to them?

They want agents to make outbound calls using mobile devices so agents are able to work remotely.

My client is interested in the calling solution used by these loan apps to call their clients, someone called it MM or something like that.

They want to implement it for their business.

Goal:

Call customers using the app
Evaluate agent performance
Record all calls
