looks like pgd/pgc got lots of refusals,people that applied for pgd/pgc please would appreciate if you could share little info relating to this whether was a change of course program or cgp that made u apply for it.

i have a low cgp to boost my chances of masters that's my motive of applying,would appreciate you all kind advice regarding my prospective application for the pgd 1yr program.

The main difference between the two qualifications is that a postgraduate diploma (PGDip, PgDip, PG Dip, PGD or PgD) is more extensive, generally taking around 30 weeks to complete if studied full time. This compares with 15 weeks for a postgraduate certificate (PGCert, PgCert, PG Cert, PGC or PgC).

You can go ahead but I believe the more documents you provide,the more they try to verify was is not. Although it's very good to convince them because from the few gcms notes I have read over here, they always want to be very convinced. So if we must convince them, it should always be to the direction of what they laid emphasis at.

Nevertheless, those applying for the first time usually add everything possible but it must be moderate and convincing as well.

But either way, follow your instinct with the little you have read over here and always hope for the best putting into consideration that there are more experienced pple over here some of which are heading to school pretty soon.

Make quick use of them before they resume.

Landed properties are mainly for hometie but since you don't have it I want to believe your parents and siblings are all here in Nigeria? if yes you can use them as your hometie by explaining to the vo how close you are to them and will surely wouldn't want to stay away from them for long.... as for your sponsor he/she can include the landed property, if your parents have any landed property you can include it as well.

Nice profile. As regards third party sponsor I have always said once the person can pay the cash into the applicant's account or pay the tuition fee then no need for trying to proof relationship. Thank God for you and I pray HE answers us as well. start making your traveling a range mentioned asap

Peeps that say questions were not repeated that's wrong. Someone that wrote today mentioned a question about shoals:fish and that was my first question when I wrote on Monday morning. It's a large pool of questions that are selected at random so there's a possibility that people that haven't written could get same questions that were shared here. Please let there be a fair testing ground, we all are trying to give this our best shot should incase they recruit on merit. So please don't give others undue advantage over us that wrote first. This is a Competition not academic exams.

If it's IT related, then you have a chance. You only need to prove to them that your next position/role as an IT expert will require advanced knowledge and skills hence your intent of obtaining an advance degree to further hone your skill set.

Your uncle will have to give you the funds for your program and living expenses for the first year and also swear an affidavit of support so you are covered for the second year. He will also state why he decided to expend the huge funds for your study.

Having worked for 4 years in the bank, any further progression will be seen from this premise. Unless there have been significant activities(research,projects,conferences and all) in botany/biological sciences from when he finished undergrad. If this isn't the case, a good question will be at what instance is this interest for this master of biology? A good answer to this is preceding activities in area of proposed program no matter how little within the 4 years since completion of undergrad study.
The banking industry i will presume would not have related activity in biological sciences.


There is actually no case of SOP here. This is a case of progression!
