Observation :

(1) SENDING PHONE NUMBERS TO US TO CALL: Majority of the Agents would just send us a stranger phone number by text message for us to call. They would never call the supposed Truck owners with their own airtime. They want us to do their job for them .
And then relax and folds their hands expecting to be earning 5k on each truck per day.

Correction: Please , if you an agent, Before you send us contact us or send us any contact, pls ensure that you have discussed this deal with the truck owner, seen and confirmed the availability of the trucks and that the truck owner has accepted our offer.

(2)EXACT JOB LOCATION: over 80% of the callers ( Truck Agents) have been asking us the exact job locations of our projects.

Even after we made it clear in the advert, that we cover the whole of Lagos State and Ogun State.
Meaning that, the trucks would only be working within either Lagos or Ogun State.

Truth is, if the specific and exact location are made public here, All the Truck Agents here awould lose the opportunity of earning the 5k on each truck per day. because most of the Truck Owner or Operator, especially the greedy ones would just snub you ( The Agent ) and come directly to us at our working site with his trucks.

And all your efforts as an agent could be in vain. God forbid!!!

Pls we want everyone involved (we, the Contractor/Client, Truck owners and Truck Agents) to all have a share of the money.

Correction: Whenever the truck owner ask you the exact job location, pls just tell the person that we cover the whole area of Lagos and Ogun State, and that his Trucks would be deployed to our projects site nearest to his base.

For example, if the Trucks are based in LEKKI,they could be deployed to any of our working site at LEKKI, Ajah, Epe .

(3) we communicate better and effectively avia our email: truckifyenterprise@gmail.com.
Pls we may not take all the phone calls but we must definitely respond to all emails .

If you have called and we didn't pick, pls kindly send us an email.


(4 ) Stop linking us up with fellow Agents.

As an Agent, you are only expected to link us with Truck owners and not other agents who are posing as a truck owner.


(5) We don't subcontract our projects: Thus, both Truck owners or Operator and Agents would be receiving their payment from us directly.

We don't pay truckers money to agents.

And we don't subcontract our jobs to agents.

(6) Stop fixing meeting ....inviting us to attend, when you know deep down inside of you that you have not gotten any Truck. We won't attend.

We have attended over 52 meetings all over Lagos and Ogun State for the past 2 week .....only 5 teams out of the 52/ has gotten trucks.

Pls we are tired of time wasters and unserious people.

Pls, don't ever fix meeting inviting us to attend...if you have not done your job.


Correction: Discuss our offer (as stated in the advert) with the truck owner ...... then if he accepts our offer. Then you can then invite us to hold a Tripartite meeting and seal the deal up. And then mobilize the truck to site.

The Truckers will make money both on their going trips and returning trips*

*Therefore, There is NO running of empty trucks while returning*


*PART 1, GOING TRIP*


*MATERIAL: BLACKCLAY*

*Loading point : Ogun state (Igbessa): Owode-Yewa community...*

*Offloading point: Kogi State (Ajaokuta)*

*Price: We pay #7000 per Tons*


*For a 30 Tons trucks, ....it will be 7000 X 30 = #210,000 per trip*


*Similarly, for a 40 tons truck, it will be 7000 X 40 = #280,000 per trip*

*Similarly, for a 45 tons truck, it will be 7000 X 45 = #315,000 per trip*


*After offloading at Ajaokuta, the trucks will move to Ankpa (a nearby community to Ajaokuta and load COAL)*


*PART 2, RETURNING TRIP*

*MATERIAL: COAL*

*Loading point Ankpa( Kogi state):*

*Offloading point: Igbesa, Ogun state*

*Then load again from Igbesa back to Kogi ...and load back from Kogi to Igbesa.....so the cycle continues like that*


*Price: We pay #7500 per Tons*

*For a 30 Tons trucks, ....it will be 7500 X 30 = #225,000 per trip*

*Similarly, for a 40 tons truck, it will be 7500 X 40 = #300,000 per trip*


*Similarly, for a 45 tons truck, it will be 7500 X 45 = #337,500 per trip*


*Other terms and Conditions*


*1. DIESEL: We don't give diesel, ....Truck owners will bear the cost of fueling their trucks by themselves*

*2. DRIVERS WELFARE:* *Truck owners will bear the cost of taking care of their drivers daily welfare*


*3. TRUCK MAINTENANCE :Truck owners will be responsible for maintenance of their trucks*


*4. AGREEMENT /MOU: We shall be signing an MOU with the truckers which shall serve as a legal binding agreement between both parties*
