I gave my advice up there bro. Get active I.e start exercising and start meditating - take both seriously for 1 month and then compare your self before and after.

For meditation, just search YouTube for guides e.g search “10 minutes affirmation meditation” and go from there. Start today/tonight and You will thank yourself a month from now
