Garki is good,national hospital and fed staff are very nice as well, the fct govt funded ones are very good and dirt cheap,depends where
is closest to your residence.
Don't know about Douz as well, there are lots of good places in this city.

Nobody o. My lil cousin dat helped me first trimester is in school. I dont have a sister. No friend. Infact one woman trying to get close to me has been offering to come help. I refused. D first day she came she ended up lying on d couch like madam nd I had to mk food for her. So when she said she wanted to come help I said no. I dont need any stress right now.

I just feel like crying. No one to help me. I am so tired. I washed sone baby clothes and have not been able to press them. By the time I finish house chores body don tire. I habe not packed my bag. Am just so sad. My joints hurt.

Pele, I know its not easy. Try zobo with GINGER, it might not totally eradicate it,but it will help reduce the frequency&make sure you brush or gaggle with minty toothpaste after each vomiting episode.
Reason being that the bile being thrown up erodes the teeth enamel after a prolonged period, I never linked the extra gaps that emerged in my dentition to vomitting throughout kid 1 & 2's pregnancy till I stumble on the info online.

I feel for you on the no mum situation cos my mum becomes my glorified maid after childbirth. Do you have a close aunt or sis? On the oka thing, I am of the opinion that.
A) baby might be colicky or
B)your milk isn't filling cos you weren't getting adequate nutrition and therefore the milk production may be impacted.

Discontinue any medication that presents any uncomfortable side effect & ask for a 2nd opinion, I was placed on dat drug when I had this kind of episode but it was for a few days.

the nurse then said my baby was in distress and they increased the dose of the oxytocin..my sisters I brought down that hosp that night..ih boy no need to form o! those nurses practically abandoned me there. by 4am I was checked again and d doctor said I was 8cm gone.then I asked him how long more..my sisters he just said very soon..mscheew..before I knew it the nurse came and increased d drip meanwhile I was begging her to remove it for five mins so I can rest..did I tell u that if dey don't hear my voice they will come and say 'r u sleeping? don't sleep o! they will then increase d drip again..Kai I have suffered
my husband then came around 5am and took up d job of the nurses..after sometime as d contractions came I was screaming'I want to push, I want to poop
my husband then went to call d nurses..my bladder was already weak..
time to push.. I was no longer having contractions. my baby was already weak..thank God for my husband again. he helped me thru.

LO is doing well and my bumbum is still hanging in d air.na tear cause am

My mum always share the story of how she always had severe cravings to drink garri when she conceived me, irrespective of what she cooked.
A neighbour noticed and told her it was gonna cause dandruff on the baby's scalp. She ignored it and went on drinking garri

She said 3weeks after I was born, while bathing me, she discovered a plethora of dandruff on my scalp

Fast forward till now, I have battled with dandruff like someone trying to treat cancer, yet not much result.

Moral : you will have cravings during pregnancy, but watch it, 'cause they may have adverse effect on you and your baby.

Could that be the reason for my dandruff? i have tried all forms of treatment and it just doesnt go, i remember mum telling me she drank garri and ice block like kilode while she was pregnant...
