@Giddyperson i'm sorry to take you back but i read where you stated you got your 12mths vaccination at 6k or so,pls is that a GH or which location is it because i enquired about it at our recent vaccination and i was told that everything i.e all the vaccination at 12mths would cost 14k though it's a private hosp. and i don't think GHs give all that.

Have u tried the palm oil n sugar remedy for the cough? You can also add a little silver bird to his oil and drop on his head. Apply Mentholatum on the bridge of his nose, chest, back, back and feet and rub all over his head if not hairy and cover him up. You can also apply Shea butter on the bridge of his nose as well. Yes, it's ok to use for A 8Mths old. You can also try the ori and salt mixture,melt the ori in a spoon,add a little salt and give. I usually rub mentholatum on their chest and neck as many times as possible, it helps too.

Here I am sitting watching my baby sleep. She's been vomiting since morning and running temperature. I had to take her to the hospital because she was becoming weak. Cough and catarrh also. Dr diagnosed malaria and they've given her first dose of malaria injection. Its the temperature we are battling with because even with pcm the temperature is still high. Please pray for us

Thanks my fellow twin mama I tried the syringe method yesterday and it was better however I think I should worry less cos when I checked their weight today at 12 weeks she weighed 5.5kg while her twin weighed 6kg meaning she is still adding weight even without food I just fear what will happen in crèche. Thanks to everybody that contributed

Thanks so much ma'am she takes breast milk but it's not enough for her cos they are two. I've tried Sma gold and lactogen (those are the one I can afford) but it's still same story. I've used Tommy tippee and a nameless bottle no changes, the only thing I've not tried here is syringe feeding.



She takes breast milk well but it's not enough, DH, SIL and different people have tried feeding and atimes we are so lucky she might just take very little. Now DH is joining Mil to say we should force-feed. I'll keep trying thanks ma'am.

Mama twins sorry about what you're going through. I also expereienced this with one of my twins around that age too. After trying all sorts like you did, my last resort was to get abidec. I was giving it to only the twin rejecting food and that helped him to eat whatever comes his way,no selection. That was what i did at that time when i was about resuming and it helped.
