Please help me dearies, abuse are allowed at least maybe it will straighten my brain..but i sincerely love him, he promised to settle me down in another state and assured me that all will be well.The issue is i'm so CONFUSED.

Since you said she has the cash, let her eldest child begin to make arrangements to go for her B.SC either in Uk or Canada.
But canada is cool cos she can also apply alongside for her mum to accompany her for easy settlement on visit visa.

One of the core things canada needs you to show is CAASSHHH and strong HOME TIES.
Let her not give up but rather invest on her kid(s) to go overseas which she will rip from too just a matter of little time.

Don't Really have an advice for you cos you won't want to go as a Resident and start over, instead how old are your children, if they are done with University, they can apply to schools since you have the money to sponsor them, dey can become a PR after years, and file for you to come visiting,
