Why Ayobo?With that amount you should be able to buy a good plot or half plot of land in a very peaceful area within or close to Lagos.Lagos,not Ikorodu or Mowe.Avoid places with bad reputations-insecurity,bad roads,criminal omo-oniles,juju,govt Acquisition etc

The truth is you can hardly get a plot of land at that price in urban area here in lagos sir, and secondly that price can be available in ogun state just around lagos e.g ijoko, ota, ibafo, mowe , ifo etc.

Since you said you don't want to buy land inside estate in lagos, more over direct sale from the owner is not certain but it is possible.

You will need an agent to get it quickly sir, but with that amount you can get good land in a good location in the estate sir.

We're not here to fight each other, everyone has something to gain from this thread.

The links you posted and what occured therein are very differient from your scenario. They asked for his email add and he obliged. Some people prefer asking some questions privately.
You on the other hand, they asked a question and you refered the person(s) to private discussions.

Am not saying is a bad thing, but from experiences we've all seen online. It definitely look like the normal scam stuff online.

The point here is, do what you can openly here and appreciate what others do. The more you bring up bad terms about peoples behaviour, the more they stop helping people here.

Yes, Justwise sometimes become hash to people but you don't scrutinize him just cos of that. It is not everyone that provides such services for free on so many threads.
