I've said it before that Abdulahi Adamu will not last as the chairman of the APC. It's too early in his tenure to be having problems with everybody already.

Anointing oil refused to flow. Ipobs are crying because Buhari didn't anoint anyone not because of Ondo issue. They're only hiding under that. We know their pains.

All road leads to eagles square for the primary election.

I told you the communique looks like an ambush. See how this man has stylishly jumped ship since he saw it did not have the desired effect? This guys just played the southern governors forum.
My guy Badaru was never in this race. Since he bought forms he has not left his house. The only serious ones are Tinubu, Amaechi, Osinbajo and lawan until the northern governors dealth him a blow. Whether Badaru withdraws or not it has no effect. Majority of his colleagues are disposed to power shift to the south. Where'll Badaru get the votes from?

This Tinubu guys need to calm down with fake news fa.
The major thing here is that Buhari refused to anoint anyone. That opens a free and fair contest for everyone. Tinubu will beat them handsomely that's the truth.

And again the endorsement of the northern governors to rotate power to the south has narrowed the contest already. Amaechi, Osinbajo and Tinubu are the front runners here. Let the most popular win it in the field.

I have the full judgement

And the party did display the powers as said by the AC by recognizing Dan orbih faction at the convention.

30 May: Court of Appeal sets aside High Court Judgement insisting that no Court can affirm delegates for any Party because it is the domestic affairs of the Party. The Court of Appeal insisted that since the issue of Party guidelines and Constitution wasn't contravened based on the Statements of the appellants, it is the Party's decision who the delegates should be. Wrong, I'm a player in Benin.
Who told you INEC didn't monitor the primaries of Obaseki's faction? Some of you only repeat what has gained traction. The NWC, Aziegbemi and GO have been in league since day one. Imagine whose invite INEC will respond to first? In any case, INEC can monitor parallel elections of the same party, that's not even an issue. So, stop the delusion that only Orbih's faction had that privilege, at least I was at ogbe stadium during Edo South primary, and INEC was represented.

Also, the court of appeal judgement failed to declare Orbih's delegates, they were careful not to usurp the powers of NWC. They only held that they were validly elected since INEC monitored it. That's hardly a victory cos the other faction could still get same judgement if they approach the court on same issue. That's why Orbih's faction didn't celebrate, that section was a big loss.

Lastly, Edo PDP is done for, either way. The party will never remain the same again. They squandered the goodwill Edo people gave them because of ego. To supporters of both factions, know this and know peace: There will be no winners. A second term governor is not someone you trifle with. For him to be humiliated he wil rather destroy PDP structure and handover the state to a worthy opposition.

#I'm not a registered member of any party.
So why were delegates of your governor's faction not allowed to vote in the last convention? Tell us please. You don't know the implication of that decision. Do you?

PRESS STATEMENT

BUHARI IS NOT AN INGRATE, HE SUPPORTS ASIWAJU
- Buhari Support Group

With all the news, runouts and all sorts of misinformation flying around in the build-up to the presidential primaries of All Progressives Congress (APC), it has become pertinent for us to state categorically that our Principal, President Muhammadu Buhari, is not an ingrate and he supports the candidature of Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu.

As against what few opportunistic politicians intended to achieve, President Buhari and Asiwaju Tinubu have high mutual respect for one another and this has been expressed openly and privately. It is therefore disgusting for some politicians within and outside the APC to want to creat disunity where there is none, thinking that will serve their interests.

As a Muslim, President Buhari abides by the injunctions in the Quran on paying good with good and reciprocating good gestures. Therefore, to the discerning, it should be obvious that President Buhari is for Asiwaju Tinubu and will not oppose his deserved aspiration to become the President of Nigeria.

We urge members of the public to disregard unfounded insinuations by enemies of progress and their puppets, who, for reasons best known to them, want to cause disharmony within our party and among our two leaders.

- Ahmed Bashir
Buhari Support Group
It's clear enough for the discerning minds.

Huh ....
First, there are two factions.

Second, INEC deals with the NWC.

Thirdly, the Edo High Court in Abudu refused to grant an ex-parte for the Orbih group.

Fourthly, the Orbih faction went to the FHC, Abuja to get an injunction.

Fifthly, the Obaseki people appealed the judgement.

Again, the NWC rescheduled the Primaries of likely, the Obaseki faction and which a certain Francis won.

They will submit the name to INEC... The aggrieved person has to head to Court but now you're saying PDP won't accept the name of someone they announced and issued letter on behalf of. They also sent a 5-man team to supervise and also granted a waiver for the said Francis.

Notwithstanding how defective it looks, unless a Court order interferes they see Alimikhena as their Candidate. What else do you want me to say?

My argument is not who is right but what today's reality is.
You don't get it. Because of the foundation of this issue, INEC has only be monitoring primaries held by orbih's faction because that's the adhoc delegates list they have and monitored. What obaseki's faction has is list drawn from government house which INEC did not monitor or know about. They wanted to use the governor influence to submit it to the NWC but orbih got a judgement against the move and was obeyed by the NWC.

Do you know that INEC didn't monitor what you're even calling a primary now? They were not there.

By the way the orbih's faction has two judgement in their favour not injuction. One from fhc abuja and the appeal court Benin division.

I agree and know the obvious political manoeuvres been employed:..

The PDP had in a letter dated June 3rd, 2022 and signed by the National Organizing Secretary of the Party, Hon. Umar Bature and addressed to the State Chairman of the Party, Tony Aziegbemi, said a Senatorial Primary would be conducted on Saturday (yesterday) by a five-man committee headed by Sir Daniel Obiora.

The NWC of a Party was involved and it was monitored by INEC officials.
Have you asked why obaseki's faction of delegates were not allowed to vote in the just concluded convention? It's the same matter that is dragging. It touches on who has the legitimate adhoc delegates to elect candidates. The Dan orbih faction got a favourable judgement just before the convention, that was what the party executed. INEC is saying the list of delegates they have is the one monitored by them and that's orbih's faction. They had a parallel adhoc delegates election.

I've got no time for retards but I'll respond to your foolishness this ones. Endorsing a favourite is not a secret cult arrangement. All the favourites of the outgoing governors were known across the country before last week primary. If you're not a certified fool, how did you know Abdulahi Adamu was the favourite candidate of Buhari for the national championship position? Mumu......

He called all the aspirants and announced it to them and all the media houses carried it. Was it a secret cult meeting? Please don't mention me with your block head again. I won't even read your comment anyway. Now bounce!

My good friend, garfield1 & indispensable85 know it will be submitted.
The NWC will submit Alimikhena unless there is a Court Order, don't worry, I will post Alimikhena Certificate of Return here on Tuesday and mention you.

Only the Court can help Ugbome now. My advise to him, damn it and head to Court first thing tomorrow morning.
Fergie this matter is already in court. There are two cases , one has gotten to the supreme court while the other is in appeal court. One started from Edo State high court while the other started from federal high court in Abuja. So far, the Dan orbih faction triumphed over the obaseki's faction. It bothers on whose adhoc delegates is authentic and can vote to determine candidates that will fly the flag of the pdp in Edo State.

As we speak there are two candidates for every position in Edo pdp.
The woman Mrs victoria who initial won the obaseki's faction was the one that withdrew for alimekhena. It has nothing to do with the Dan orbih faction where pascal is the candidate.

Baba na my state be dis oo

The adhoc delegates that voted in this one are the adhoc delegates from obaseki's faction. Dan orbih faction has its own delegates too.

They're not in the same faction.
Alimekhena is obaseki's faction candidate
Pascal ogbomhe is Dan orbih faction candidate.

The woman that withdrew was the former candidate of the obaseki's faction. That's the person alimekhena replaced. But in their usual clever by half manner, they added Pascal's name and gave him 4 votes to create the erroneous impression that he also participated in the primary. Anyways non of them stand a chance against oshiomhole in Edo north senatorial district.
