You're very intelligent. It's the same mamma daura and his cabal. They've tried to use Buhari but he distanced himself from the plot but the Adamu was available. Buhari will not announce his choice through a proxy. The governors are aware of the game plan and they've checkmated them adequately. Let's see how many votes they can muster today. Ahmed lawan is stale news already.

These ones were never in the race. They're paper weight inconsequential politicians.

Tinubu, Osinbajo, Amaechi, Fayemi, lawan are the only serious people I see. The others just helped to raise funds for the APC presidential campaign.

Only a fool doesn't know that nobody can stand Tinubu in a delegate game. He's head and shoulders above all others. God bless Buhari for not anointing any candidate. They've been crying since yesterday. Some ignoramus are still waiting for anointing oil. Una go wait tire. Accreditation of delegates don start already. Let's enjoy democracy together.

This guy self. If you still believe a consensus candidate will not emerge then you probably are living in a fool's paradise.
Lawan was the brain child of Buhari.
It was the govs ambush that forced his hand to play the game he just played.
I already told you the northern govs will become jittery and ready to accept anyone he brings.
All this is just moving towards that.
Though I know elrufai does not want to give up easily, but using the lawan decoy was a masterstroke.
At this eleventh hour, anyone Buhari picks is it.
I think I should stop engaging you in any meaningful conversation henceforth and please don't mention me again.

You think Buhari is a coward that can't speak for himself if he wants to anoint anyone? Was it Buni that announced Abdulahi Adamu to the party as buhari's choice? Mtcheeew. If Buhari can by himself tell the party that he has anointed Adamu Abdulahi for the chairmanship seat how come he's using proxies to mention his anointed candidate to the party? Which is more important? Chairman or his successor. Byeeeeeeeeeeeee..... please don't mention me again.

I told you guys
Too late already. I can tell you that Buhari won't pick anybody at this point. By the letter of last night he has left the process to the party delegates to elect the candidate of the party. If he wanted to pick a name he would've since done that. Lawan was the brain child of mamma daura and the cabal but the president dissociated himself from it. I don't see him picking anybody at this point. He understands that the best thing at this point is to open the floor for everyone.

Buhari may not be a purist but he acts too sanctimonious to pick anyone today. He would rather leave the decision to the governors. If he really wanted to pick someone he would have done that earlier.
Major reason why many of his aides and relatives lost primaries.that is his nature
You just took this out of my head.

Officially Tinubu has won this one. He worked for it. He killed the whole consensus thing and succeeded in pushing it into an elective congress where he's so sure of winning. He has the numbers. Non of them can match him in the primary.

They only take names from the National Chairman.

I wish him well in NNPP eventhough AKS sure for PDP.

By the way the INEC rec in Edo State has come out categorically with the candidates of PDP in Edo as monitored by the commission. It has been sent to the headquarters. Anything contrary to this by the PDP will be rejected by INEC.

Politics › Re: Angry Adamu Chases Journalists Out Of APC National Secretariat by Indispensable85(m): 9:17pm On Jun 06, 2022
kahal29:
National chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Abdullahi Adamu, has chased away accredited journalists covering the party activities out of the its national secretariat in Abuja.

One of the security operatives at secretariat, who passed the information to journalists and asked them to leave the party’s secretariat premises, said they were acting on the instruction of the national chairman.

He said Adamu told them to send journalists out of the secretariat on the ground that he was returning to the secretariat to hold a meeting and the place was too crowded.

This is coming barely an hour after the party’s national working committee (NWC) distanced itself from Adamu on his endorsement of Senate President Ahmad Lawan as the party’s consensus presidential candidate.

Adamu was said to have announced Lawan as consensus candidate at a meeting of NWC in Abuja on Monday.

He told the NWC members that he arrived at the choice of Lawan after consultation with President Muhammadu Buhari.

Aisha Buhari is supporting Tinubu. The presence of senator Binani confirms that. She was Aisha's candidate in the Adamawa Apc guber primary which she won handsomely.
