It's not the fault of the agent though. Canada visas are terribly slow now because of covid 19. They're currently on a 3rd lock down as we speak. So things are really slow. They're only giving speed to family reunion and a few other exempts. Just be patient ok? I know of two persons whose visas were recently issued. One was tourist visa while the other was student visa both under visitors visa. They both submitted and did biometrics in October last year.
