I created a new way to write the Yoruba language giving every word a distinct spellings, Instead of relying solely on the usual tonal mark to deduce words, We can now easily know what each word sounds like just by spellings, Once we get used to this technique that I created, it will be super easy

— Similarly, I have undertaken the task of modernizing the Yorùbá language, The primary objective of this initiative is to provide distinct spellings for Homophones, Thereby facilitating precise understanding of words.

After studying the language for some time I noticed that so many people write Yorùbá incorrectly, the main reason for this is that Yorùbá sucks when it comes to the "writing" part (Pardon me), I will explain;

We should use different spellings for words, It will make more sense

Ogun = war
Ogun = property
Ogun = medicine
Ogun = Sweat

All these should have a different spellings, It will make make it easy to understand, Even English have words like that too, I know we use Tonal marks "Ọ́gùn" to differentiate sounds, but this is not enough, We need new spellings too

Tonal marks alone can't help, You can just look at a word briefly and know the meaning if there's different spellings to every word, Instead of having to wait and study the Tonal marks on them before grasping how they sound like, Last week I tried reading a Yoruba novel, it was so frustrating, I can't count how many times I had to stop and study the Tonal marks on every word to know the sound

And on the flip side, English is just too easy to read, It's easy to read because Instead of Tonal Marks English has different Spellings for most words, which makes it easy to read, Once you see a word You've seen before, You know the meaning immediately without having to stop & study the Tonal marks to know how it really sounds like


Pardon me for writing all this in the English language, I did this so everyone could understand even none Yoruba and people who are trying to understand the language

Even Jesus Christ himself preached the worship of one God.

The religion called Christianity developed later after his time.

So from the Islamic perspective, Islam is the original message of monotheism that existed long before Christianity as an organized religion.

People may disagree, but Samklef’s statement reflects what Islam teaches that the message of submission to one God existed from the time of the earliest prophets.

My uncle got me admission (evening program) in a polytechnic but i had a change of mind after reading on how the Nigerian system discriminates against OND & HND holders.

I told my mum and she has given me money to go buy jamb form .. that she'll train me in the university. (This was our plan last year before my uncle came with his poly offer)

The issue now is that my uncle has already sent me the admission and acceptance fee of 45k and it's sitting in my account. I want to refund him now.

How do i tell him I'm no longer interested that i want to go to university?

And most importantly, I hope I'm making the right decision?

Further to the above link, I decided against eating same beans yesterday.

I was in a rush trying to make that post yesterday, as a result, some details were left out.
— I bought two Mudus of Milk Beans. I had earlier bought two Mudus of Honey beans, but when I got home to cook the honey beans, I noticed it had no taste at all. The Beans is so Neat and clean, but no taste.
— As a result of its lack of taste, I decided to buy the milk beans. Believe me I hadn't heard of these names(Honey and milk beans) until Monday last week.
— While I was picking and winnowing the Milk Beans yesterday, there was no smell. But as soon as I began to cook it, the smell began to erupt. I washed it with cold water four times before parboiling. After Parboiling, i still washed it like five times, still the smell didn't go away..
— I ran to a male neighbour of mine and ask him if he had had such experience with beans, he said no. He advised I threw them away.
I ran to an old woman within the neighbourhood, she said I could eat it. She even tested it. But I said I won't eat.
I threw the parboiled ones away.
I returned the remaining ones to the woman who sold to me. She didn't give me back my money and I didn't want to start dragging with her. Though she promised to do so later.

Please do not care less about your Health. Prevention is better than Cure.

A lot of food items have been adulterated in today's market. Everybody wants to make quick quick money at the expense of the other. Eating banana and plantain now is also risky, even Fufu(Akpu), Palm oil.

The situation is really bad.

I need an opinion, I live in 1 bedroom room flat, room and parlour with dining of 800k per year, the landlord recently increased it to 1m but my wife insisted that we move to another room and parlour that is smaller and far from town only that the house have POP design at 1.6 million. I told her that the place we are staying is better and we can save 600k then unprovoked she said she have finished making arrangements with the other house that I must pay the money that day. To my greatest surprise she started physically pushing me around, bring out our wedding pictures and throw on it the bed and went to kitchen looking for kitchen knife. She was looking for kitchen knife but couldn’t take it finally but went for a lighter and threatened to use fuel and lit 🔥 the house. She bring out all my bag and ask me leave the house or she will smash all my belongings including labtops and phone. Is a shock to me, yet to recover. Note I am a sole provider in the union, she contribute nothing, I gave her monthly upkeep of 120k, I take care of every Damm expenses in the house. I started a lab business for her with 3 m. The marriage is about 10 months, no kid yet. We have not have major issues except minor issues which we resolve.

I did my TB screening at St Nicholas hospital for 60,000 naira. The x-ray results came out as abnormal due to my past tb treatment during COVID era. Now st. Nicholas is referring me to do sputum test and I'm to pay a new fee of 115,750 naira for the sputum test after the initial 60k.

The news came out this morning that a man and his wife including their new born baby were butchered i their home. The killer was caught on camera which happens to be just a 16 year old girl.
She mentioned names of those who sent here to carry out the killings. Those she mentioned include a very popular Nigerian politician. I was shocked when i even saw her conversation with the Nigerian politician and what he instructed her to do with the bodies.

My Wife uses a girl to set me up to see if I will cheat on her. Note I am not cheating but my wife believes that all men are cheating and scum. I have done 4 test after each business trip as demand by her for peace to reign. She gave the girl my information and the girl told me that she know me and the places I have lived in Lagos and worked before, so I was surprised and demanded for a video call to see if I know the person. She ask me about my marriage and I said I did introduction. She said that she wants to come and see me in a private place. My wife loves the comfort that comes with a car(i mean, who wouldn't) , she talks about it everytime. Last year, i made some savings and decided to get a car buh unfortunately, with the help of a trusted mechanic, i made a bad buy which i sold at a loss shortly after i bought it.

This morning , my wife told me her younger brother wants to get her a car and she told him she has 1.5 million naira ready (she was asked dou). The guy promised to get the car for her this weekend as long as the 1.5 million is readily available.

Now my issue is, this 1.5 million she told her brother she has is the money i got from the sale of my bad purchased car. The boy did not know the source of the money and probably think his sister actually have 1.5m to add to what he has to get the car.

I really do not know what to do rn cos i know getting the car will make her very happy and i do not want to hinder that, but I'm not really comfortable with the whole arrangement. I really don't know what to do.

The car he wants to get, according to my wife is valued at 5m.

I made different payments on the 3rd, 12th, and 18th of February, 2023. I was debited by access bank, but the people I made the payment to said they were not credited. I got my bank statement, which showed that the people got value, but none of them were credited because their bank statements proved it. Even the Data I bought 4 myself, I didn't get the value but the access bank said I got the value. Phed I did too, I didn't get the token.

But she is saying that apart from the insurance benefit, she is also entitled to her husbands death benefit and death gratuity as next of kin. The people that paid her say it is not so. I'm confused as to who is right, but I don't want her not to get the money if she is entitled to it.
