Nicaragua eh? Como estas? Anyway, if he's not ready to leave her then he can stay with her but he needs to keep in mind that there is a possibility that she may do it again. I'm not necessarily saying once a cheater always a cheater, but he needs to remember she could do it again. He can forgive but he doesn't need to forget. As for the roommate situation, he needs to keep an eye on the dude. Keep your enemies close and your friends closer. He also needs to talk to the dude. As a matter of fact, I think you all need to talk to one another and establish some sort of ground rules for situations like this because its s**t like this that can cause tension among roommates. The girl in question, does she even feel bad about what she did? Does the roommate feel bad about playing a part in this ongoing drama? I understand that there is a shortage of African girls in Nicaragua but he really needs to ask himself, at what cost is he willing to butcher his emotions for the sake of a girl? If it were I, I would have given the girl the deuces and moved on. Personally, I don't tolerate cheating and things of that nature.

@OP: When did this young woman become property? She's a human being, not some item that someone can possess. Smh. Anyway, your gentleman type friend should just leave her and move on. He needs to know and understand that that girl who cheated on him didn't care or appreciate him and there will be other girls out there will appreciate what he has to offer as a man. Tell him that she didn't have him in mind when she slept with his roommate and so he shouldn't have her in mind either. But she's not the only one to blame though. The roommate in question also played a role in it.
