Yes, it can be a turn off. There's a difference between admiring a woman's beauty and ogling a woman. There is more to me than my body and if he can't see that then perhaps I shouldn't be talking to him. I was at a restaurant once and a man was talking to me, the whole time he was speaking to me, he kept looking down my blouse. I ended the conversation and left immediately. I have a brain, I have a good heart, and I have wonderful personality so if all you can see is just a body then don't speak to me.

Oh my!!! Well, you've warned her. There's only so much you can do. Its up to her to decide now. You've done your part. If it blows up in her face then make sure your there so she can has a shoulder to cry on. Chai!!! I still say she's making a huge mistake. At least if there was documentation it would protect her. Suppose something goes wrong, the guy could easily say they had a verbal agreement and that she has no documentation to prove anything. Another thing you can try is to be present when they make this sort of deal. I don't know how comfortable she would be to that idea though. Having a witness there to confirm things could help out if problems come up later.

@OP: You are by far one of the most disgusting things I have come across on NL [besides MOBO444]. You had no business sleeping with his mother. You had no business doing that. It didn't involve you. Can't wait till someone sleeps with your own mother so we can see how you like it. As matter of fact, it would be funny if someone did the same to you and impregnates your mother. Then, we'll really see how much you like it. And to answer your question, yes it was wrong and no, I haven't experienced anything like that nor would I have have done what you did. It doesn't show "solidarity". It was an act of immaturity.

You say "why, why?", but the real question is why not? People feel what they feel. There was obviously something about you that attracted him just as there would be something about a woman that would attract you. Some of the people who go back and forth between men and women are bi-sexual but don't realize it. I know it sounds strange but its true. I have a friend who's wife had a friend and the woman was a lesbian her entire life. It wasn't till the woman hit her late 40's that she married and settled down with a man. And they are still together till this day. Some people are just unaware of their sexuality till later on in life.

Look, my father taught me to know my worth and never be at the mercy of any man. Mind you, my father is a no nonsesne sort of man who has taught both my sister and I to be independent. I didn't mean to make you cry, but its good that you did. Of course it still hurts. Your human. With time you will be able to look back at it and smile. Please don't speak to me if all your going do is to tell me to shut up. In my last comment, I wasn't speaking to you specifically. And perhaps if you had read what I wrote, you'd see that I said that I volunteer at a gay youth center here in New York so this issue hits close to home for me. I don't have to be a lesbian in order for me to stand up to the comments on this thread. If everyone just sat back and didn't have opposing views to this thread, then the thread would be a gay bashing thread. Isn't the point of this forum to discuss and exchange ideas? Now if we are all here just having a one sided view, what is the objective not defeated? Its easy for you to speak because your sexuality isn't being attacked.
