Cool talk, bro. Nice one. But, you must understand what these gentlemen and lady are going through, whether or not they promised to wait or not. Since the 'Touchdowns' were announced 3 days back, every one of them have been eager to get their orders, and understandably so too. But, we all understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances, but TSO needs to keep the habit of updating them all, even if it's to visit this thread once in the morning, afternoon, and evening, to douse their tension, it would be nice. Also, some people have been patient for 2 weeks+, then touchdown, yet on the 3rd day after touchdown, they still aren't in possession of their gadgets, and little or no communication from TSO. That can be really frustrating, bro.
If the package never enter Naija, it would be even more understandable. Put yourself in their shoes.

When I ordered my own Doogee DG-310 (God bless that day), I had read through the previous pages and saw a lot of great communication from TSO and lots of testimonials. I felt secure, just going by all that. After I placed my order, the communication was still good, but basic. I took my mind off the waiting period, and promised myself not to bother about the phone until after 4 days he told me. Then the China customs and battery issue. I took it all in good fate and waited another 1 week after that, before I got my order. I promptly went to pick-up at his Ajao Estate base. I was quite happy, and readily recommended the phone and TSO to everyone I could. Several other orders came in for TSO at the time, and I think, coupled with the stress of the Chinese customs, it all started getting to him and weighing him down. Communication has been dropping since then, and Oga Nelson just has to take things easy and keep a calm attitude through the storms. That's how business is, and I'm sure he knows that. I know other NL importers who will always come around to placate one, explain the situation, and apologize, in fact even many customers would add extra money to compensate the stress the importer went through. It all depends on how you treat your customer.
Unless you're 'tired' of dealing with a customer, never give a customer the impression that you're deliberately ignoring them. Many customers are more understanding than even you the businessman, and they'll gladly tell you they understand. Just give them a new date and deliver on time. Also, instead of these logistics guys, many of these bus drivers traveling inter-state are also trustworthy and reliable. I don't know much about sending phones, but I usually send stuffs through bus drivers to people outside of Lagos, when I can't go myself, and they're just random, but registered drivers at Oshodi, Iyana-Ipaja, Ojota (depending on where I am and the destination). Just a thought, though. Forgive me for my 'aproko'.

Hi bro, i share the same view with you but remember that human being are difficult to deal with. Frankly speaking; what TSO is doin is unquestionable, ordering for gadgets without his own profit, you can imaging that, but one thing you need to knw is that we're all human with quite different views and ideas. Everybody is entitle to his/her own opinion. Looking @ the thread, its about two pages that these lapses are coming from. TSO, you're the boss, we your fans are always proud of you

Guy you must understand that not everyone can wait long periods.And mind you no one "Vowed" to wait till the package arrives,rather they were given 7-10days to wait.
I have stayed low for 3days now doesn't mean my package has reached me,but av gotten accustomed to the waiting game,because it seems normal.
Remember this Saying? "The Customers are Always right",they determine ur growth...Am not ranting but pls u can spare some of ur mobile ink,if u knw what i mean.

This recovers your folders, you can use a good anti-virus program to remove the virus later

You having some worms in ur pc...In this case, simply download microsoft security essential from Micrsoft website, It's just 10MB or so, one time, everything will be removed when scanned wih it..
