Its easy. Get ur bank to convert and pay to him in USD (if u operate same bank with TSO) or have ur bank convert the money to USD, withdraw and then go pay in to him as normal.

when you say quality check, do you mean you check it here in nigeria or from where it is been shipped from, say china for example. If after the quality check, you found something wrong what step do you take? And lastly, is there a way you can help importers verify the genuity of a supplier.
