You guys don’t know the far reaching effects of bad leadership on a nation. Most of these guys are tech savvy and hence can work and be trained to be experts in ICT. But alas, no power/electricity, no enabling environment, no incentive for hard work, no exemplary leadership etc. Take a look at India, a major supplier of ICT manpower to the West.
