Nigerians I really hail thee, it amazed me seeing that ADA has been given new interpretations even before the party is properly established and registered.

ADA - Atiku Defeated Again

Lot of lapses in our system is giving room for all these unnecessary and avoidable issues. It should not difficult to know the right owner of the land and that should not be difficult. It’s not rocket science.

I’m an Estate Consultant and I know what I’m talking about.

The said portion of land was said to have been Allocated to FHA and that might be true, but most likely the FHA was relying on their influence and didn’t proceed to perfect the TITLE on the said Land and that give rooms for manipulation from the smart fellows.

If the said Developer who claimed to have C of o on the land is not carrying the fake documents, the land must have been resold to them without FHA knowing and they went ahead to sharply perfect the a Tittle on it.

Ordinary any land that were duly Allocated don’t have to be resell to another body or individual. That is since the land has been Allocated to FHA, It’s FHA that have the right to sub sell the land and not anybody else.

Another issue here is that, Government recognize the person with C of o as the right owner ( If the C of o is original)

Well it’s good the case is in court already, the law will guide them through.

The painful things here is that some people will sure lose out in this scenario. Huge amount of money will go down the drain.

Government need to protect investors in terms of solid data base and proper records in order to avoid fraudulent activities.

Individual also need to conduct search when investing in landed properties.

Wa oooo, some level of flooding due to heavy rain is inevitable.

Some people will be laughing and want to create scene from this scenario.
