Not everyone was invited for the second test. Two close friends of mine got regret text messages; they could'nt write the second test despite successful logon and password change. So it's safe to say shortlisting actually took place after the 1st test. Btw, seems you are good in data analytics.

The cut mark is 40% because a lot of persons score less than 35% percent in the second test, the Executive Secretary, Engr. Simbi Wabote (Fnse) was very disappointed at the result and query TestMi, Management concluded no need for a Third test
Next stage is Interview

The people they want to employ is very few,they have to keep on reducing the number of applicants by conducting series of exam. The third exam date nt yet fixed but any moment

I asked someone from Testmi, recently, if there would be another test, the response I got was NO.

If this becomes true I am beginning to suspect this, nNPC that above 600k sat for the test didn't even do second test, is this recruitment that only majorly people on nairaland that saw the advert that is planing 3rd test! What happened to other criteria they set? It all started with inviting even people that didn't complete their profile during the application, inviting people that didn't meet the stated criteria in the job advert!

Let them finish this stuff once and let people know their fate and move on than stressing people for over a year and at the end they wouldn't even take 1% of applicants.
This tests are very tiring and stressful and is getting annoying

Third round of exam is likely. All the best. 90k wrote the first stage ,40k wrote the second stage while third round not yet known.

Tomorrow is our boss, the Executive Secretary's 55th Birthday.

He is sure a shining light in the Oil and Energy Industry in Nigeria. It will be great to work with him for his remaining 3 years and 7 months at the helm of affairs at the board.

I look forward to be in a position to send him a beautiful 56th Birthday gift as a member of staff next year.

Let's be patient and wait for the board to reach us. The next stage is the oral interview and would be the last. The recruitment process would most likely be brought to a close in this month of February.

Let's hope and pray for the best. I have an undying desire to work with the board. I share completely in their vision and 6 core values of Patriotism, Professionalism, Passion, Integrity, Creativity and Team Spirit.
