Crich: If you did not do an upfront medical exams and you apply online, when feeling the online questionnaire you will see the question that ask if you did an upfront medical exams, if you choose no, then the next question will be if you live in one of the designated countries(which Nigeria is among), if you choose yes then during your online application you will see a place that will ask for a form called "Request for medical exams", just click on the question mark to the right you will see a link to download the form, download and tick the place they ask if you will like CIC to contact you for medicals, upload the form and that all. 4 Likes |

OK! some good news at last, after about 7 weeks of waiting, praying and hopping for the best, i have just received my medical request from CIC...i know i haven't been on the timeline but i have been observing stuffs from the background to help me reduce the tension, i always prayed to be the one to share some good news after seeing many refusals lately and God has answered my prayers. i applied on 11 April and did my Biometrics on 16 April....will update you guys about the docs i submitted in a couple of hours cos i'm going out now...and lastly thanks to everyone on this forum who has helped me when i posted my first question, and also those that have been helping others, and to the rest of the medical hopefuls, I WISH YOU GUYS THE VERY BEST...i must say the waiting is not easy, probably the hardest part of Canada visa application. 20 Likes |

Hello everyone, please i need help. I have gotten admission for my M.Sc from a University in Canada, with a full faculty scholarship in the amount of 17,500 CAD per year for 2 years, now i want to apply online for my visa and i have been going through the posts on this thread. I have a few questions to ask about the financial requirements. I have letter indicating that i have this scholarship from the University, i also have about 1.2M Naira in my account (which is more than the tuition for one academic year), and my mom who is willing to support me with any money i might need is working with a monthly income of about 300,000 Naira, she can provide me with her statement of account, she also has two plots of land and is running a small business, i am currently doing my NYSC which i will finish before the course start so i'm not employed. I want to know if these documents: scholarship letter, my SOA, my mom's SOA are sufficient for me to prove to the VO that i have sufficient money for the duration of my study in Canada. Or i have to add another statement of account from a relative with some hug amount of money in the account. Also about the family ties, please what documents do you think i should use to convince the VO that i have no intention to stay in Canada after graduation cos i'm not employed, i have no business and i have no fixed asset. Please i hope you will help me with these answers because i want to apply this week for the study permit online. |
