The facebook keto wont allow sweet fruits...
And i understand why.

IRO the 1st pix.
Fruits are easy to digest.
The sugars r not complex.
Keto/ketosis happens wen ur body converts fat to energy.
If u consume sugar... ur body will go out of ketosis.
So taking fruits is another kind of diet not Ketosis.

Ketosis helps ur liver produce ketones which aids d weight loss.
Sum people have told me fruits et all works... yes it does but its not ketosis....

What am i even on about?

Ok. I get

If u must keto aviod sweet fruits, sugar, white flour, carbs, ovr feeding etc.
They will take u back to point one.
3 to 4 days of taking none of wat is mentioned above put u into ketosis n u start losing weight.

Ps.
It reduced my supply even wen i did d nursing mother plan (this allows moi moi, plantain n rejects psyilum husk, acv, FTW cos of baby).
So i am waiting till am ready 2 collect my bobbies from my chair lady.

Pls mamas, I read that babies shouldn't use pillow. At what month can lo start using pillow? Whats the side effect of using pillow made of fiber? Pls those that uses at what month did u start using?

Also I just saw it that babies cereal at 6months shouldn't be given with feeding bottles but plate. I beg make una put mouth

Opened d tips more so it flows out.
My girl takes 240 to 270 mils with bottle (8scopes each of milk n cereal)
Tried plate n she wont even concentrate to finish 2spoons. Then it gets cold. I also get tired.
Bottle is working 4 us now.... but i will be following 4 other mums advice.
Ps. We are 7m2w.

I went to my health centre last week and was astonished to find a big banner announcing that the rotavirus is now available and best of all..... it is free!

But if i may advise, just cut down on carbs and try portion control. I wouldn't even call what I'm doing keto because na once a day I de do am. At most twice a day. And not 7 days sef. I still eat carbs but smaller portions than what I normally eat

My neighbor who is single started the keto thing. She lost weight quite alright. Then she decided she's reached where she's happy with and decided to start eating small carbs again. But the thing is affecting her badly. Like she eats anything that's not keto, she will purge.

To maintain you still keto and eat anytin 4 only one day in a week. That way your body gets just enough cabonhydrates and your liver doesnt go in2 Ketosis.

Hmmm, I think there's something about church creches oh. When I was creche hunting I went to my church creche and my pre-marriage church creche. Both were overful (like 16-20 children to 2 attendants) with plenty crying children and just general scatteredness. I put my slippers on my head and ran, Eventually settled for school creche. Seems they are more organised

And they are not free or cheaper.
Dunno why its like dat.

What discouraged me d more was when i was told the pastors wife only visits once a week ( during weekly service)

Could be cold.
Could be dust.
Ensure everywhere is well ventilated.

In my casr we had to remove the carpet(rug) and use lighter curtains in d room.

Look well around d house.
Then cover well to produce warmt..don't mind d sweat...
Then feed hot enough food to help kill cold.

If it continues... please see a paediatric doc.

We just came out of one...

Me I've found a maid. At least now that I'm not working I can observe her very well. Any red flag I notice, na to send her back sharply.

Got my iud inserted after my 2nd period post delivery... The flow was crazy...

Ad par waking 2 feed.
Lemme give my own experience.

Since ma baby started sucking well, she never wakes to feed.
When she is very full, sh3 doesnt suvk but when hungry she does instead of crying..
So i wake at intervals and look at her or when she is turning.. i wake... once her fingers are in her mouth, i bring her to my bed n bossom feed her. She wont even blink till she is full n pushes d boobies out her mouth.. i burp n return.

So i think babies who suck dont disturb or wake to feed.
But if u can... offer her boobies or warm milk.
When sh3 starts eating full dinner. U can stop or only give water.

My 2cents.

Let her start taking water, plenty, warm, since she has started formula.

By the way,her poop had been slimmy n greenish in colour Eva since she was 2months old she's been on antibiotics bt it still comes back 2green after a while. People say its ela n Jedi Jedi. Pls how true is this?

Who prescribed?
Antibiotics is a 5 to 10day max tin.

Did u take her to see a paed?
Please they should test her pu.
And if she is not running temprature... be sure she doesn't need antibiotics cos temperature shows she is fighting infections.

Please feed her very well.
Introduce formula n not pap.
Let her eat well and drink water well.

A baby shouldn't be on antibiotics 4 dat long.

If u can get "probiotics paediatrician" let her take 3 sachet ( 1 daily with 15mil water) to clear d drugs off her system n help her digestion.....speak 2 ur doctor first about this and about d pu.

She has started eating but intetested only in breast milk.
Going back 2 aptamil as she spits out Nan/nan & Friscogold.
It was an allergy which i have... guess my baby wanna inherit it but never by Gods grace.

Mama about this rota virus vaccine your points are very valid. In fact it's not compulsory to vaccinate kids some parents in the USA don't believe in it at all.
If you talk about naija government and their policies the vaccine is expensive is why it's not being given at local health centers . The government is not ready to subsidize payment for it.
Vaccines are also not 100 % foolproof. My first took measles vaccine but eventually had measles but it wasn't as bad as it could have been if he had not been vaccinated. It is well may God protect our kids from sickness vaccinated or not.

Lagos state govt plan on introducing ROTA 4 all in 2018.
So many children r down with diarrhoea.... so many n its very intense.
Atleast thats wat the matron told me wen i asked about ROTA.

Its scary n tiring.
As in she plays this minute then next she clinches her gum n wont eat then next she is vomiting.
She only wants to eat once a day
We going back 2 d doctors at sunrise.

She vomits n does very heavy pupu at night.. heavy as in watery and plenty.
So i dont know if its diarrah or what.

But em, try giving the bottle to sumone else to feed him in ur absence.
They collect other foods wen mama isnt there.
I 4 1 cannot bottle feed my girl successfully. She will just nibble on d tip of d bottle... but when hubby holds her ehn... even if am seating beside them, she collects.

My problem is how to get my to madam suck.
She wants to stop but am not ready to let her stop

Lol @like a pig.

I am so used to that breathing now that if she is kinda quiet... i go to shake her a bit to be sure she is ok .
