Did you see Buhari's registration number on that certificate? That alone can be used to verify if a candidate actually sat for an exam(don't know if you can go as far as 1961).

On WAEC's website, the requirements for an attestation includes a photocopy of your certificate(where applicable) which the old man has no hold of.

They didn't ask for his results to be released but whether or not, such a person took the test and the result there which is something all testing organization does answer. I've done that before for my neighbor who I doubted took my money and never signed up for the test. I used to have a lot of respect for the OP but it's obvious you're raving mad. Do you know what palliative measures mean? I passed that same road on Tuesday last week and I noticed these patches. They were done to make the road motorable before the reconstruction gets there. Those patched portion were a nightmare before. I really don't know the naming of the sections of the road but there's a place we got to and everyone had to use one way because a long stretch of the road was closed. Serious construction was going on.

I also noticed newly asphalted parts of the road. This same palliative measure was done on the Benin - Ekpoma - Auchi- Lokoja because the road became a disaster as at middle of last year. People had to take Benin - Agbor road to cut off the Ekpoma - Igieduma section of the road. Now the dualisation of that road is coming from Okene.
