I just get sad for nothing or stupid reasons. I have tried drugs and alcohol but I always come back to the same spot.

It has gotten worse now that the country is in a bad shape.

I have had suicidal thoughts countless times and am afraid one day I would yield.

first of. Alcohol and pills will not help you...it will only make things worse.

1. You need to start making new friends. Make many friends...you will find the ones that are always fun to be with. Join whatzapp groups and be active

2. You need to go out more often.

3. If you are used to your headsets or earpiece. Throw them away. You dont need any alone time for now.

4. Depression sets in when you start seeing negativity in things and this will bring lose of hope for the future. So please be positive by seeing the positivity in everything.

5. Be spiritual...join a service unit in your church or mosque. The best is drama group. This wil help you switch personalities and manage your feelings.

6. Most importantly:..Start dating. Dating gives you a sense of responsibility and belonging. You wake up everyday to know that someone somewhere cares.

7. If you are a girl. Dont wait for him to be the first to message you everytime. Send him a message kus guys like girls that reciprocates and are sponteanous
