Hi! My SO is an HSE professional. So there’s CRSP you can check it out. Unfortunately they said my SO’s experience was more technical and advised CRST instead.

For jobs SO just kept on applying till one clicked. Luckily they dint care about CRSP or any other licences.

If you need any more info, you can holla. Best of luck.
Thank you so much. I just sent you an email so we can connect more. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hello House, Pls are there any HSE professionals here who have landed and have been able to get the CRSP designation or have gotten a job with Nigerian work experience/certificate? I really need some help on how to go about being certified in Canada. Thanks.

Hi Guys.

Congratulations to the recent PPR clinchers and all the best to everyone expecting ITA’s tomorrow. I’ve got a quick question I’ll like some opinions and advice on.

I got my PPR in April and would be leaving for Canada first week of next month. I plan on returning back and getting married in December and it has been a tough thought on how to go about getting my spouse to join me since I heard spousal sponsorship could be tedious.

I eventually agreed she should begin her own EE process but to get her CRS points up enough, she’ll need at least an additional certificate to add to her Bsc.

Now to my questions.
1. Apart from spousal sponsorship and EE, are there any other means one could employ to bring over their spouse?

2. What certificate courses could she do in minimum time to boost her points?

3. I’ve heard of BCS and all. How easy is it for someone with a Mass communication background to pass?

All advice and opinions are welcomed. Thanks

Am also interested in this discussion, am a safety professional too
Great! Have you got any of the popular certifications NEBOSH or IOSH? If you're a member of either bodies with a certification, it's easier to proceed to a CRSP

https://www.bcrsp.ca/sites/default/files/documents/Doc.167%20BCRSP%20NEBOSH%20MOU%20Signed%20September%2017%202018.pdf

That's the MOU btw BCRSP and NEBOSH. I hope it helps

IT SEEMS THE ALMIGHTY NEBOSH IGC OR NEBOSH DIPLOMA ISN'T RECOGNIZED IN CANADA.

ALL THE JOB POST IN THEIR CIC JOB BANK REQUIRE CRSP. NO MENTION OF NEBOSH AT ALL. CRSP GIVE EXTRA 50 POINTS BUT I HEARD

I NEED TO WRITE CRSP EXAM AND THE EXAM IS DONE IN CANADA ONLY.

HOW DO I WRITE A CRSP EXAM IN CANADA ??
Canada doesn't accept NEBOSH but there's an MOU btw BCRSP and NEBOSH (Diploma) and IOSH alike that allows you switch one certain for another so far you pass their final exams. I'm a safety professional myself and I've been finding it hard getting the CRSP certification. Message me and let's discuss more. Cheers
