Both methods are good, and both have arguably the same pros and cons. E.g transfer of xteristics to offsprings etc.

Can't say which is better, it depends on choice.

That is, what the person prefers.

But if both methods are rated based on duration, marcotting beats grafting marginally because of shorter time.

I personally prefer this method.

Its so easy, a 7yr old can do it.
