1. Get a CCTV camera.
2. Ensure all cash from the business is counted and taken to the back before the end of the day.
3. For now see everyone as a suspect. Don’t trust anyone. If need be, monitor your sales person. It’s even possible they give out items worth 50k to their friends for 20k with the intention of sharing the excess.
4. Even when you install the CCTV always encore you monitor the angle of the camera and provide backup electricity for the camera. You will catch the thief.
I for got to add this, proper stock and record keeping is important.
