Secondly, stop blaming men for the sex of a baby. A man will always release the two chromosomes while the woman body will decide which one to pick. Bottom line, neither the man nor the woman is to be blamed.

Stop saying what you don't know just to make a point. A woman's body does not determine which to pick. Each sperm cell contains just a single chromosome; an X or a Y. Whichever one that swims faster and gets to the ovum (which is already an X) first, fertilizes it. Also, the sperm cells containing the X chromosome outlive their Y counterparts who die faster thereby increasing the chances of female children if ovulation is 2 or 3 days away. That's the reason most unintended pregnancies produce females. Chances of male children increases during the ovulation period because the Y chromosome sperm cell tends to swim faster generally. Please visit your family planning clinic when need be and stop blaming women ignorantly. RIP to the innocent child.

Faced with one rude coworker at the moment. She's not just rude but also tribalistic. As a result of her attitude a corper who happens to be from her place is also being rude. My other colleague and I reported her and the corper to our supervisor yesterday and he told us the corper once raised her voice at him too, so he's going to address the issue ASAP.
Modified: This morning the corper was rude to our boss again and has been addressed. He told her she would be asked to leave if she's not careful. The other coworker isn't at work. She's next. Me right now ���
