As for the son, he is a coropal, you can see it the two stripes on his arms in one of the pictures, and somebody of that rank can not fly service aircraft, except as a member of crew, but definitely not a pilot. Just pointing out some grey areas in the post, that might have been mispresented or exaggerated. I sincerely congratulate him.

It is ridiculous, having Bsc Criminology and Masters in Health Care Management. Secondly, it is against global practice for a non-commissioned officer (NCO) to pilot a military aircraft, meanwhile, the guy is a corporal i.e.,NCO. He might be an aircraft technician, firer or a member of any aircrew field, but definitely not a pilot. Anyways, I congratulate him and am proud of him.

Golf4 is a no go area for commercial. I have never seen a person that used it for upto a year without regretting buying it. Almera is ok, but you can think of golf 3 wagon with 1.8l engine and electric carb(i.e single point injector.)
