I totally support this. This is not peculiar to Lagos alone. The unfortunate thing is that they usually commit this act during heavy rainfall so that the current can help to flush them out. What I meant in my post is you sound very confident and have everything worked out, but it is never that easy. It is usually easier to postulate than practice. You talked about giving first madam the option of divorce if you ever find yourself practicing polygamy, and my point is when you get to that bridge, you'll discover it is easier said than done.
