Honestly speaking, which kind of people are we in Nigeria? A case like these gets discussed for over 6 pages with arguments and counter arguments that surpasses the kind you get when a question that bothers on the well being of the nation as a whole is asked.

They talk and argue as if their arguments matter in this case. Bros/Sis, noone is asking you to make an input, or come to court as an Amicus Curiea. Rest in peace, the dead people. But I am not sure of what the reporter means by Engineering defect on that round about. I think it is due to excessive speed while people enter the round abouts and failure to observe the give way rule. Even though there are bumps on the approach to the round about to slow down vehicles, I think some just speen un nucessarily around that area.
