Hehehehehehehe, you also want to tap that "bod," I am down for a three-some, if you don't mind. And Yes, she looks like an escort! I pim*p people out all the time and if she wants a job, I'd hire her in a heart beat. Good body, supple lips, knows how to create a thread, thunder thighs, and above all, she is a drama queen, what more can a "John" ask for?

You are just being obnoxious. You think playing the LovePeddler doesn't have severe negative consequences on the body. She looks like a model or an athlete as a matter of fact.

Gosh what happened to all the lawyers nowww, if this had been a foreign' thread, a 'learned' person would have broken down this whole gist with relevant statutes and case law, instead all we have here are people forming intelligence when it is clear they are only running on sentiments and misguided 'common sense'

From the little i have seen online, you can photograph anything or anyone in a public place including law enforcement officers in the united states and though i havnt seen anything about this with regards to Nigeria, since most of our laws are borrowed any ways i can bet that it will most likely be the same. But the section referred to on that charge sheet doesnt in anyway confirm that taking the pictures of this idle policemen is illegal.

Thank you o I said this on Page 3 or so, if they are law enforcement and took oath to uphold that law, then there's nothing wrong with taking pictures because the law does not bar it. I even criticized the so-called charge sheet and the so called law they quoted about breach of peace even the clauses that was used all of them nonsense anyway, that is left for them

No, its you who seem to be out of point here.

The title of the thread is clear. He was arrested for taking pictures of policemen, you are here justifying it because Nigerians go abroad and freely snap pictures of buildings and places without getting reprimanded for anything?

I am saying, that comparison is very ejaculative and a retrospective balooning of a respectful and freudal argument and attempting to harangued it into a conjectured interwoving of the two epileptic marabouts.

Compare like to like, and not like to unlike. So, do Nigerians go abroad taking pictures of policemen without seeking their permission?

Men from the arguments I am seeing from Nigerians who somehow seem to support the police. I feel like crying because it has dawned to me that with these people and there mode of thought, we can never do away with the insecurity perpetuated by the so called NPF that is supposed to protect us. I weep for my country. And those that are saying that he did it because he was americana. WTF, get a life guys. He is Nigerian the last time I checked. The police is a public figure and I see no reason why you can photograph them. If they dont want it let them get out of the police force. They brought it upon themselves by being so openly corrupt. Look at some people trying to paint the police as some kind of professional body. In Aba, U see them set up road blocks and estort in the full gaze of the public. If someone still thinks that taking pictures of such creatures is criminal, then I weep for mama Africa and cant wait for the day that I wud be absolved from anything to do with that jungle and its happy inhabitants. God bless y'all Naija and shine ur eyes.

Talk something else, instead of another attempt to rubbish the police and indeed the people of Nigeria. What have u said? Nothing!

Let the courts decide while you moan about your inability to get an escape visa. Why not try the inside tyre of an airplane so that you can be absolved from anything to do with that jungle and its happy inhabitants?

Omgggggggg, dude your taking me way back to my freshman year when my photography professor gave us [the students] a list do's and don'ts for photographers. I had a professor who was taking photos on the train once and the police started harassing him and my professor shut them down when he told then how they didn't know the law and the rights of a photographer in New York. I couldn't stop laughing.

It is not against the law to take pictures of a police officer unless they think you might be doing something dangerous with it. Of course the police officer can choose to say do not take a picture of me. As long as you are not going to do something criminal with it then you are fine for the most part. I don't know about Nigerian law though but I know for sure that they make things up as they go along. I have NEVER EVER heard of a case in the United States that someone was arrested for taking pictures of the police

Hmm !

Na wa O !

I cannot believe that tax payer's money is being wasted to prosecute someone who took photographs of policemen on duty !

At the very most, at the very most, even if, for arguments sake it as an offence to take photographs of policemen, haba what damage or injury have the policemen themselves suffered, or the Nigerian police force or the Federal Government. A stern warning or lecture to the JJC from Wales would have sufficed (even if he shouted or screamed that he knows his rights).

Na wa for our people in authority -  someone somewhere in that whole long decision chain should have been able to exercise his or her discretion wisely and  not go ahead with this time and resource wasting prosecution.
