U know why I won't advice him to register? You never can tell, b4 2016 they might come up with another procedure and then the guy will start having complications. Its better to stay on the safe side, don't do anything online at all and wait till next year so u can do exactly as ur mates/fellow PCMs will do.

Bros see ennn, abeg! U have come dis far, no need to defer again especially if you've done your online registration. Just manage go do the 3weeks orientation then u can arrange someone to stand in for u during ur service year. If you've not done ur online registration, then no problem. Just leave it that way, next year go back to your school for remobilization, I hope say my talk go dey valid to u sha...
