This is the Best way to go. If only the federal and state governments can do this, it would go a long way to alleviate the sufferings of the people. Buses can be made available to commuters at a subsidized rate thereby reducing the cost of daily transportation

Ok. But yesterday, the governor of Nassarawa claimed that Buhari the dullard wasted huge funds on trying to establish Refineries that never saw the light of the day and now, another funds are about to be wasted.

These figures are always overbloated, falsified and inflated. The roads wouldn't even cost up to 2billion naira but they will claim they spent over 6billion to fix them.
