Polytechnics are not of same standard with Universities, that's a fact. Why then should their degrees be regarded as equal? A Master's degree holder can rise to become a chief lecturer (the highest rank in a Poly) or even rector in a Poly while such a person cannot become a Lecturer I in some Unis not talk of Senior lecturer, Associate Professor or professor as he has no PhD; or you feel PhD is a joke?

One who's supposed to be an assistant Lecturer in university is an HOD in the politechnic.
Universities lecture politechnic lecturers
Politechnic is a dumping ground for below average intellectual students
Politechnic admission process is more like that of a secondary school

How will you compare Bsc with ordinary HND.

To get admission in University, you need to score as high above 200 in JAMB.
But with just 120, you will get admission in any Polytechnic of your choice.

Continue visiting onye ala. Your people are getting killed and you wanna be politically correct. Do you think any northern governor will take the killing of their people on their soil by Southerners under any guise but look at these lily-hearted leaders we have in the south east.
