Okowa is one of the worst governor to have govern delta state, Warri presently is a dead city with no new infrastructures since his inception 7 and half year ago. Asaba is just a ceremonian capital without jobs and good healthcare after almost 31 years of being capital. People still travel Benin or Onitsha for medication. it is most seening as the running mate to Atiku Abubakar of PDP.

No health care in Asaba but he commission d new Asaba teaching hospital and emergency ambulance health service.Pls don't be blinded by party sentiments
