I had an experienced with a HR man who said most of the time applicants are not called is because they didnt submit their CV/Resume in MS Word for their software to capture data easily.

I wonder how these CV format here will hold when opened in another system and probably another version of MS Word

I beg to differ
Ibibio, Annang, Eket and even Oron speaks dialect of the same language. The difference is just like the Igbo spoken in Owerri and that of Anambra or Aba.

But for Cross River, Ikom and Efik speaks very significantly different languages altogether. It's not a dialect.
Unlike Akwa Ibom, Cross River is really a Babylon of languages

I couldnt find the right image online but the one I'm talking about is the ones on the right which is opened upwards and outwards. Being that it is divided into to half, it requires less space for opening and good ventilation is guaranteed without much concern for privacy.
You can open the one on top and keep the below half closed
