I am very sure they will take this up on your behalf because the Access Bank i know do not joke with their customers. They provide good customer service experience. Send a mail and i am sure they will treat you better.

Access Bank workers lack good customer relations. Infact, they are not ready to work. Severally, I sent mails to complain, all I get as reply is " We are working to address the issues raised". After that nothing is done.

Yes, Psalm Okpe tells a lot of lies even in his sermons. His testimonies are cock and bull stories but Psalm is not a killer.

The story didn't say Psalm was with her at the hotel. We don't know who killed her. The woman"s husband was aware of her invitation and chats. He must have seen Okpe's chats with his wife. Let us give Psalm the benefit of the doubt until investigations are concluded.

I opened Domiciliary account in Diamond Bank Plc without stress first week in January, 2016. If you go to any bank, do not deal with those marketers who are contract staff. Experiences from my colleagues at different banks show that contract staff are always reluctant to open dom account. Talk to a staff in marketing. He/she will help out.
In my case, I maintain current account with DBN. The staff I met is a lady. She treated me like a king. I sat down while she did all the filling of the necessary forms. Then she told me that the account will be opened within 72hrs. At that time, CBN prohibited cash funding of dom. account. So I asked my boy in SA to transfer few dollars to the account which he did. After funding the account, the lady in DBN called to appreciate me for not disappointing her in funding the account.
