I am very sure they will take this up on your behalf because the Access Bank i know do not joke with their customers. They provide good customer service experience. Send a mail and i am sure they will treat you better.

Access Bank workers lack good customer relations. Infact, they are not ready to work. Severally, I sent mails to complain, all I get as reply is " We are working to address the issues raised". After that nothing is done.

I personally do not like FCMB. The Staff are not organized. WEMA bank customer service is very poor that I have to close my account with them. I do not see WEMA Bank changing in the next few years. I know Apostle Psalm Okpe in person. We had a chat about a week and a half ago. Okpe is an itinerary preacher and widely traveled. He is the senior pastor of Fresh Oil Ministry in Egbeda, Lagos.

Yes, Psalm Okpe tells a lot of lies even in his sermons. His testimonies are cock and bull stories but Psalm is not a killer.

The story didn't say Psalm was with her at the hotel. We don't know who killed her. The woman"s husband was aware of her invitation and chats. He must have seen Okpe's chats with his wife. Let us give Psalm the benefit of the doubt until investigations are concluded.
