Yeshua is a Jew, Jesus is a fake Latin name by European colonialist/ Roman Empire,

Yeshua is a bloodline to Ibrahim, Solomon (westernised)/ Sulieman , David (westernised) /Dauhood and all known prophets including Mohammad decendant of Ismail,

If you want to know the truth read the isrealis Torah, it's available online,

New testament was written by disciples who had no authority to write for Yeshua since they denied him till his death, Stupid Italians , Roman or Vatican have no right to control Yeshua's legacy when they killed him

Same Europeans that claim to be authority on Christian religion murdered 5million Jew a tribe of Yeshua

Europeans claim Christmas is Yeshua's birthday, but it's false Yeshua was not born in the winter

While being a prince Oba of Benin he worked in the oil and gas sector under Buhari as a military they are close beyond politics, he visits Buhari regularly

Logically he tried his best to save Obaseki, went to Aso Rock many times, nobody should blame him if he continues his loyalty to Buhari and not Obaseki cos he tried

There is no labour law anywhere in the world that would allow 24/7 work environment. Entrepreneurship management does not discount productivity and morale. It is up to the entrepreneur to explore her options AND engage with her employees. Employment terms should also be communicated clearly and it must be fair. High cost of production is not an excuse for abuse!
Offshore oil rig workers are on oil rig platforms for months at a time working shifts , before getting weeks off, the script writter couldn't say how she was placed on 24hr work, when in fact she leave in a work lodge 24/7

It wouldn’t cost her anything that she can’t afford. It doesn’t cost fortunes to deploy ERPs. It is okay if you desperately want to defend her, but don’t exaggerate things here. Even medium-scale schools are embracing such models, they didn’t take loans or break banks to do them.

Sending spies and removing TVs doesn’t ensure quality productivity. I am not talking eye-service that is typical in Nigerian organizations.
Well I have seen your lovely dishes presented on the foodies section, and I hope you have a restaurant one day, I hope you put a TV in your industrial kitchen and have your waiters , chef and stewards watch TV during work hours relying on over the shelf ERP software that cost a furtune to your already lean profit due to cost of cooking, rent , etc

I personally hope you sell your plate of banger soup for 3000 after paying the TV sub cost and cost of your workers inefficiency in the kitchen

My point exactly, I wouldn’t know the full story, but people who think unnecessary strictness is the best way to maximize productivity are not being very fair.

Thanks to technology, you can monitor a lot realtime. Which one be to seize TV and sending spies. cheesy cheesy
Well Funke just monitored her own staff manually , removing distractions like TVs, and she sends 'spies' aka supervisor to monitor what her staffs are doing cheap if you ask me,

Any Management Information System, or ERP software that would manage that digitaly would need Funke getting software that can register time stamp on resumption and closing, digitaly calculating numbers of script submitted per day and still using the software to monitor authenciticy of such scripts written... As a developer such software would cost her a biiiiig fortune and still get the lazy girl sacked for inefficiency, while the good old supervisor spying is cheaper

How do you expect productivity when you overwork your employees? High cost of production is not an excuse for any form of abuse or denying creatives their due credit. She can monitor productivity, give deadlines, map out parameters, communicate better. You can't expect high productivity and engagement by micromanaging and abuse.
In Entrepreneurship measurements of wages are calculated simply by dividing a staffs output in financial cost or financial worth and value into 3 , salary and staff keeps a share , company keeps a share, and the employer keeps a share... In simple terms if you have a sales girl that sells 10 products at 10 naira making 6 naira profit , 3 naira goes to the salary of the staff and her bonuses, lodging, tv tv subscriptions at the lodge, cost of feeding etc, company keeps a share in other to expand the business pay supplyers, pay loan back and keep company afloat, while the CEO makes the 3rd share as profit. On her investment...

Now for Funke to make any profit she needs staff to deliver more creative contents hence the removal of TV from there lodge after initially installing it

And what's your point? Labour cost is cheaper in those countries. That's the primary factor. Multinationals have standard of practice across different countries. The motive to move certain services offshore has nothing to do with not providing good working conditions for employees. It is primarily to reduce cost of labour. Often we don't understand the implications of what we do or why our country is the way it is. It's because Nigeria is filled with irrational people. For example, what's the culture of maintainance in Nigeria? Where people use things and do not take care of it, even if it is making money for them. You see, individuals like Funke Akindele cannot excel beyond Nigeria. Here people give and take "shits" from each other. Is it not a country where an employer paying you N30k per month will expect you to go buy lunch for him/her everyday even though thats not part of the job description. Where banks send out ladies to go and prostitute themselves to get customers. What a culture. Why did you think that slavery lasted for 400years? It was because those that were profiting from it locally didn't want it to stop.
No one is telling her to go break a bank. Simply provide the little you can. Even mechanical equipments need proper maintenance, not to talk of human body and brain. Funke Akindele is just an ignorant individual.
The reason why African company hardly survive the 3 years 5years and 10 years mark is cost of production,

Funke makes money through Advertising brands on her series , she get nothing or less to nothing on DVD sales due to piracy, cenimas pay her 1000 naira per seat or roughly $4 with many people not interested,

While shooting, she gets a loan at 22% interest rate , pays crew to lodge in an accommodation of not less than 10 to 20 rooms on the island, pays for diesel , pays overhead cost of over 100 staffs , rents HITECH camera, highers directors and editors,

Yet for some reason you want this same woman to give a script writter freedom to watch TV and use internet which cost an arm for whatever she likes during work hours? And you want her to tolerate low productivity , less scripts from people she pays from a bank loan with a 22% interest rate?

Productivity for any project does not work that way. It's like a slave mentality to have workers in place you arranged for them without any other resources for a break or leisure, and you expect them to be 100% productive. Do you understand how the brain and human body work. The employers you listed are those who believe in using workers as slaves. Even if you don't provide a TV set, you as an employer must provide resources for leisure or break. Look, I used to work at one of the very top oil&gas companies in the USA. I was invited from Canada to the USA where the head office is located for an interview. After the 3 hours of meetings, discussion and presentation, I was taken round the huge complex of the company. And while walking around with a future colleague, he pointed to a soccer pitch right in the middle of the complex. He said they play soccer every lunch time. It was at that point I decided that, man I am joining this company. I am a soccer addict. There are gyms, basketball court. Almost every day at lunch time for 30 to 45 min we play soccer.. Some days we used to play table tennis. This way you are working with employees who are physically and mentally balanced, and healthy. The company benefit from this as well. You don't get the best out of people by putting them under a "slave" condition. Apparently Nigerians love to be abused. Just yesterday, I saw a news of an Indian company that locked it staff up to work continously for several months in spite of Covid-19 only for extra N5k per month without adequate food.
You make me laugh, you work for a conglomerate not a medium scale enterprise, I have a friend in Florida, he is in the construction industry and boy, he laments every damn day, if US gives good paycheck , good staff welfare and all that it's because Americans pay good money for the services they patronise, on a good day US middle scale enterprise always shifts productions to Mexico or China, customer care to India while keeping the few white collar staffs in US, this way the business can maximise profit

it's funny how people pray to get jobs others who are better than you were not able to get and after getting the job you want to use the hours that you have been paid for to watch tv or use working facilities (laptop) for what doesn't have anything to do with your work and you expect your employer not to complain that you are stealing her Time and using her resources illegitimately?
