Its almost as if the players are scared of losing the ball. Once they receive the ball with their back to the goal, they almost always return the ball back to where it came from when a simple half turn could have launched an attack.
With these players, Amorin will end up like Ole, Rangnick and Ten Hag |

SmartNYSC: Good afternoon. About those fees, I got this from my enquiry with Stanbic.
Please is this 7.5% charged on my investment or the interest? Its neither on the investment nor the interest. VAT is on commission, custody and transaction fees. Commission is 0.125% of the investment, custody 0.1% and transaction fee is N100. 7.5% the total of the above is your VAT. |

TheModerator: Not entirely true. There are loopholes in this industry that the bookmakers are well aware of but can do nothing about, they only try to mitigate the extent to which pros take advantage of it. Such tricks are rarely shared. If amateurs like Thatniccur don't sign up, how do you think the pros that know what they are doing can get paid?
You are advised to bet responsibly and take control of your life. Don't indulge if you don't have the mental capacity to go through it. It's a dog eat dog world out there and people do what they can to survive, some make it, while some fall by the sidewalk. Loopholes these days if any are harder to come by. These companies spend thousands of dollars doing research and hiring the best brains to plug loopholes. Let's even assume you somehow find a loophole through arbitrage betting for instance, you can only do it for so long till your account is restricted or completely blocked. Bet companies surf through every single account that bets through them. Once they see any consistent winnings, the account is gone. |

northbird: I don't know why people gamble. I used to tell folks in my group. Gambling is a game for the rich. and the rich gamble for the fun of it. They are not interested in making money. They just do it. It's like playing Nintendo or PS . Well said. We've had this argument extensively on the sports section chat thread and this was the same argument I made. You have to treat betting like you're going to a music show or going to have a bottle of beer. Something you do with spare money for the fun and the adrenaline it gives. Winning should be a bonus and not the goal. If you go into it because you think it's your ticket to generational wealth, you will be in for a rude shock and sorry will be your name. |

Any reply would be highly appreciated. Thanks guys! Those fees are charged whether it's primary or secondary market. You may not have noticed or it wasn't communicated to you. |

swiz123: What is happening is that Airmark is and has always been mischievous and very dishonest as he only cares about winning an argument.
Question is, who are the players added to that attack? Aside Neto who wasn't even exceptional for wolves, Sancho and Felix has been labelled disgusting names here. What has happened is simple, we stumbled on a good manager who is bringing out the best in our players regardless of their true ability. He has improved our already decent attack of last season to greater heights and as well as use good pressing to shield our defence.
An honest question you should ask yourself is this, while you can point to a number of our attackers who has improved greatly like Jackson of all people, which of our defenders aside consistent Cucu improved? Sanchez has even relapsed more into his hidden psychosis, Gusto surprises us with stupidity, Fofana has been pretty average and Colwill shows that he is below average in games we lose our dominance.
The answer is simple, we play a very dominant football, attempting an average of 550 passes every game. Then I have to applaud the manager for this instead of lying to myself about these defenders I watch for an hour and 30 minutes every game.
Maybe you are new to this thread so I must warn you about some monikers here like Airmark, Nihilistjnr and Ibime; they can say just about anything to win an argument. For example, when a player they don't like improves, they say it's the manager ( Jorginho, Rudiger). Now, the first two monikers are suddenly pushing a narrative that our defenders are good because Maresca is winning.
The truth will always find a way to reveal itself and it shall when you have your hopes so high thinking we are going to win those vital games that will clinch us the title. |

LordAdam16: You still dey inside $ trade? Should have seen the wind blowing.
Naira trade or invest your dollar (foreign stock, crypto). Just holding $ is not a smart move for the next quarter. Crypto rise means transient naira appreciation. But that is now being backed by a way better fiscal situation than at any point in the last 30 months. So naira appreciation will be sticky.
-Lord Even when I held USD, it was in eurobonds and not just sitting in a dom account. I have since moved the money to Tbills. 30% yield is too sweet to ignore especially as I didn't see the naira depreciating another 30% in one year. I also saw the current dip coming. Just didn't expect it to be this steep. Could it have anything to do with the newly introduced EFEMS platform by CBN? If USD somehow goes back to the low 1000s, I'll sell the TBills and convert back to USD. |

That is like dangote employees coming out to say actually our petrol is not 100% pure as claimed. Kukutente23: You need to speak for yourself sir. You need to understand how democracy works. Let me give you a short example. Trump was accused of making a phone call to Ukraine that threatened national security as President. He was impeached by the House. The second impeachment was for inciting what they called insurrection. The people deemed him a failure at the 2020 elections and voted him out. Biden's govt who took over indicted him for keeping classified documents and indicting insurrection.
Along this line, you can see that the successive govt too Trump to task on his activities while in office. The point I'm making is not the saner clime argument. The point I'm making is that you as a citizen can do precious little about those who are out of govt. Perhaps the best you can do is if you get information across that can help LEAs to prosecute them. But for those in office, you can add your voice to ensure they are held to accoount while in office. This is more important now because even the US supreme court just gave a ruling that Presidents enjoy immunity over acts they carry out while in office even when they are out of office. What this means is that, the best time to stop a President from damaging a country is when he is there. After he leaves, you can't do anything to him.
If we expend energy on Atiku's corruption or Tinubu's corruption when they are out of power while we excuse those who are sitting in the office signing off corrupt deals, we are just wasting our time and helping those who are there to despoil the country. That's my take. I have a lot of examples to give you but I don't want to waste too much of your time. But I know I'm not a hypocrite in my criticism. If you don'tknow that guy, just check his posts and topics You have criticised several politicians who are sitting in power and I agree with you. Where you lost me was when you started making excuses for Atiku. By the way, shouldn't this excuse also apply to EFCC? I mean, why waste energy on Yahaya Bello when he's already out of office? Shouldn't they just focus on those currently stealing? |

I think I like this ideology[/color] No. What that guy did was criticise every other person and now making excuses for Atiku. What does it matter whether he was prosecuted or not? If you must critique, you must be ready to do it across board. Not that you'll crucify one thief and absolve the other. |
